Flick's Two Weeks Superdrol Cycle

A while back I had planned out a short, two weeks Superdrol cycle. Last summer I did a three weeks cycle, with great results, and afterwards I had 21 caps left so I had thought I might just do a shorter cycle sometime in the future, since it was the only bottle I had.

Anyway, I'm starting on Saturday and I remember how some of the people on this board were curious to watch, so here's the notice.

I'll be working out Sunday through Thursday. Here's the split I'll be using...

Sunday - Back/Traps
Weighted Pullups 2 x 6-8
Barbell Rows 2 x 6-8
V-Bar Pulldowns 2 x 6-8
Seated Cable Rows 2 x 6-8
Barbell Deadlifts 3 x 6-8
Barbell Shrugs 2 x 6-8


Monday - Chest
Barbell Bench Press 3 x 6-8
Incline DB Press 3 x 6-8
Weighted Chest Dips 3 x 6-8
Cable Crossovers 2 x 6-8


Tuesday - Biceps/Forearms/Abs
Incline DB Curls 2 x 6-8
Curl Bar Curls 2 x 6-8
Cable Curls 1 x 6-8
Barbell Wrist Curls 2 x 6-8
Barbell Wrist Extensions 2 x 6-8
(Weighted Abs Exercises)


Wednesday - Legs
Squats 3 x 6-8
Leg Press 2 x 6-8
SLDLs 2 x 6-8
Leg Extensions 2 x 6-8
Leg Curls 2 x 6-8
Seated Calve Raises 2 x 15-20
Standing Calve Riases 2 x 15-20


Thursday - Shoulders/Triceps

... I'm hoping to add some good strength to my big lifts: squats, deadlifts, bench press, and military press. I used a routine similar to this the last time I used Superdrol and I saw some pretty good results. Gained about 10lbs and increased the strength on my core lifts anywhere from 20-40lbs. I'm not expecting the same results, since I'm doing a shorter, smaller cycle, but I'm still expecting noticeable results.

Cycle Information:

For the first week I'll be doing 10mg ED, staring on Saturday and ending the next Friday. Starting that next Saturday I'll run 20mg ED for the second week, and then two weeks of post cycle therapy. So..

Week 1 - 10mg ED
Week 2 - 20mg ED
Week 3 - PCT (40mg Nolva ED)
Week 4 - PCT (20mg Nolva ED)

From my past expericnes, I know that most of my gains will come during the second week. The first week I'm hoping for some noticeable strength gains, but by the end of the second week I'm looking to have added a few pounds and some decent strength gains. My goals for the cycle are to add about 5-6lbs, and add at least 10-20lbs to each of my core lifts. If I can achieve that, I'll be satisfied.

I'll be dieting about the same as I did on my last cycle. It's not a dirty type bulk, but it's definitley not clean. My philosophy is, eat as much as you can while on cycle. If I can a little fat, so be it, although last time I didn't gain much fat; nothing noticeable. My diet centers around me eating around 3500 calories a day, with a macronutrient split of a bout 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat, approx. Basically while on cycle I try to cram down as much prortein and carbs as I can, from good sources, every couple hours or so. I probably eat more fat than I should, but it worked for me last time, so I'll stick with that I know will work.

I pre-cycled some AX Perfect Cycle for a week, and I'll be continuing to take it for the two weeks of my cycle, and throughout the two weeks of PCT. I'm also taking fish oil supplements, a multi-vitamin, and hawthorn berry extract, in case anyone wanted to know what my support supplements were. I'm not going to supplement RYR, CoQ10, ect.. this time because it's a shorter cycle and I don't think it's absolutely neccessary.

For PCT I'll be taking Nolvadex. 40mg ED for the first week, and 20mg ED for the second week.

Well, that's the game plan. I'll be posting my log under this thread as well for anyone who wants to tune in.
 
Subbed. I've also considered running a two week SD cycle since most of the gains seem to come in the first two weeks and in an effort to avoid some of the really intense suppression and sides associated with SD. Best of luck with your cycle bro. Be prepared to maybe run a third week of PCT, just to be safe. Just make sure you have enough Nolva in case it's needed.

sweet I was just thinking about a 2 weeker myself, since I also have 21 mdrol left and about 2-3 wks of torem left. But I couldnt decide how to run it, I thought about exactly what your plan is, but I also thought about 2 caps EOD untill they are gone... Ill keep an eye on this to see how your plan goes. WOOT:drunk:
 
Theirs a superdrol/phera combo at my sup store,says take one to two pills a day,each pill has 150mg caffiene.I didn't notice lethargy,but i did have a headache for a couple days when i quit,i also stopped taking fast twitch at the same time,with like 200mg caffiene a serving,i was also taking 2 of those.
 
looking forward to seeing your results...I'm pondering over whether I should run m-drol or h-drol right now...I've been out of the PH/PS stuff for a while and haven't really kept up with it all!
 
Day 2

Obviously I don't see any positive results yet, aside from maybe some psychological benefits. I upped the weight on a few of my lifts yesterday, but I'm not attributing it to the Superdrol.

I am noticing some mild lethargy a little bit after I take my morning dose. This first week I'm only taking 10mg ED, in the morning. I'll take my dose, eat a good meal, then want to take a little nap. Could be the Superdrol, could just be me.

I forgot to post that during my second week, when I start my 20mg ED, I'll be taking my first dose in the morning and the second dose before my workout. I'm going to try to separate my dose 8-12 hours to ensure I constantly have some Superdrol in my system for the second week.

I am expecting to see some strength gains by the end of this week, because last time I was on Superdrol I saw some strength gains coming in fairly quickly. Next week is going to be the week to watch though.

I'll keep posting, even if I don't see anything until next week.
 
Day 4

So far I don't feel or see any of the effects of Superdrol, and that goes for both positive and negative effects.

I'm still expecting my gains to come during week two.

No noticeable strength gains so far, and I won't weigh myself until the end of this week, but I would go as far to say that I haven't gained any weight so far. No worries though, cause this was expected.
 
I'm sorry I haven't been able to keep you guys up to date, but a recent string of problems has kept me from doing so. First I have to tell you that I had to stop the cycle very early due to a couple of things: the major one is because I got sick, something like a stomach virus, and the second one is because i strained my right AC joint, which pretty much put a stop to me doing any kind of pressing movements. So I stopped the cycle after 4 days at 10mg. I didn't do any PCT because I didn't find it to be necessary.

The reason I didn't update sooner (although it had crossed my mind multiple times) is that I either forgot, or didn't have access to a computer. Until about 4 days ago I wasn't able to use my computer because the back light had went out, so any time I needed to get on the net, I had to go to the school or public library, and when I was there I never remembered to update you guys.

So I apologize for not letting you guys know what was going on sooner. I do plan to do a 3 week cycle of M-Drol in the near future, but I don't have enough Superdrol left to do my short cycle, so that sucks. I know an M-Drol cycle isn't anything special, but when I do it, I'll keep it up to date all the time and be very detailed. Cause I know there are a ton of cycle threads, but 90% of them are never finished, or aren't very descriptive.

was it an AC Joint sep (if so what grade), or was it just a strain?

I got rocked with a grade 3 AC joint sep 2.5 years ago that set me back a few months...still haunts me a little:-(
