I'm now taking Flax for weight loss and it's working. My question is can I take it every day for a drawn-out effect or is it better to take it when your body needs a "kick-start" to start burning body fat during the day?
mcgwirefan37 said:1 day actually.
Took 4000 mg in one shot. (4 pills total) and weighed in at 11:30 pm and shaved 4 lbs off of my weight. (I kid you not, I'm seriously not making this up, I was freakin shocked)

Weight loss or not, you should be getting EFAs in some form everyday. If Flax/Flax Oil is your source, continue to take it everyday, bulking or cutting.mcgwirefan37 said:I'm now taking Flax for weight loss and it's working. that's good. weighing yourself too frequently can sometimes cause you to lose motivation.Beebs said:I always record my weight on Monday mornings to get the most accurate number from week to week.

I'm liking cAMP. But is there anything I should know before I use the stuff?
monsterboy said:6lbs during wresting practice was definitely mostly water weight. The most calories you could probably burn is 1,500 to 2000 at most. 1lb of fat is about a 3,500 calories differential.
