I will when I can guys.... Im kinda wondering if i pulled something by my right shoulder blade doing deads... this morning I was having trouble using my shoulder without it being sore as shxt but by the end of the day the pain transferred to my right pec... sore to the touch like strained... i dunno tho!

yeah i know what your talking about. there is this underlying muscle thats really tiny and under your pecs and wraps around to your shoulderblade. i forgot what its called but i seen pictures of it in my book. its weird i dunno how to explain it. if i were you i would just rest it until it feels better. to prevent it from flaring up like that again strech really good before, really good again after your warmup set, and as needed in between sets. Also when you bench make sure your shoulderblades are pinched back the entire time. Benches kind of push your shoulderblades foward because your laying on the bench and the weight is on your blades, but you gotta keep your shoulder back and your blades pinched through the whole motion. dont let them slouch foward at all!!!!!!!

BLUE UP/ BLUE GENE FINAL REVIEW

The best way for me to start this final review is just by saying WOW.... I've tested a handful of products in the past and I have to say that this stack just set the expectations for quite awhile to come.

I started this stack with one thought in mind and that was fatloss, but in reality my ultimate goal is the same as everyones... GET LEAN, GET BIG, GET STRONG... which is most cases is not possible all at once... well let me tell you I may not have gotten BIG like prohormone big but I definitely got leaner and stronger which is not something I'm used to when cutting.

Much thanks to RenegadeRows and Controlled Labs for selecting me as a tester and giving me this awesome opportunity!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

04/20/2009 measurement at widest point: 39 1/2" (-1")
05/09/2009 measurement at widest point: 38 1/2" (-1")

04/06/2009 Weights in BLUE
05/09/2009 Weights in RED

Bench: 210 lbs 5x5 230 lbs 5x5(+20 lbs)
Squat: 165 lbs 5x5 190 lbs 5x5 (+25 lbs)
Incline DB Bench: 50 lbs 3x12 70 lbs 3x12 (+20 lbs)
Chins: Went from doing 5x5 with 40 lbs machine assistance to 4x5 without assistance
Pull Ups: Went from doing 4x8 with 85 lbs machine assistance to 3x5 without assistance

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

I feel that for dropping 12 lbs over the course of 31 days my strength managed to increase quite a bit compared to cutting without the Blue Stack

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

STRENGTH: Overall I was very impressed with my strength. Not only did I push past weights that usually I get stuck at but I lost weight while I was doing it! The strength was especially increased in weeks 1-3

FATLOSS: If you read my log from the beginning you would have been quite aware that my number one goal right now is fatloss. I used to be in a relatively good shape until a head injury in 2005 (and turning 21 that year) set me way back... I stepped on the scale this Feb saw my highest weight ever (228) and got a shock on energy in my a$$ to get going! Since then I am down 27 lbs and I was starting to plateau a bit before my blue stack but as you can see it rocketed me to the levels I wanted to be

Not only that but if you read my log you know my short term goal is 200 lbs or less and I was hoping the blue stack could get me there but figured that was a long shot... well low and behold im 201 this morning and I have the blue stack to thank for that!

WORKOUTS:
As reported with some of the others my endurance was definitely increased through out the duration of this stack. I normally hurt pretty good on high rep workouts and I was doing 3x12 just fine on this stack and my pumps were downright painful at times!

LIBIDO:
Talk about through the roof! During weeks 1-3 I was horny as hell! And if I did manage to get lucky there was pretty much NO DOWN TIME between rounds if you know I mean!

OTHER NOTES: One thing I am excited about is that this stack brought out a vein in my right bicep that I haven't seen in about 4 years and I'm looking leaner all over!

SIDE EFFECTS: The first couple doses maybe my heart race like a junkie in the ghetto of Detroit. If you plan on taking this I recommend playing with dosage and judging tolerance!

Thanks for all the support guys! I can really say that I have made alot of friends and acquaintances on this board in the last few months and to be honest you guys are what keeps me motivated! So thank you very much, part of my progress is thanks due to you all!

We all feed of one and other's love for lifting. Nothing like having people to relate to, even if it's binary motivation. :D
I've made some really good friends and contacts while posting here at AM, so I agree with you, Flawed.

Great run man, just great run, congratulations, that's A LOT in a month.

Damn man, that's some great progress. You can easily tell a difference in the pictures.. Good stuff grunt, keep it up!

Couldnt agree more my brother... especially while friends and family support healthy living (usually) they dont always support every aspect of it... I know some people think we go to the gym too much or that we are too involved in it... so its nice to have to people to relate to like you said!

Great run man, just great run, congratulations, that's A LOT in a month.

Thanks! Im super excited about the results... even when ive worked out alot in the last 4 years i wasnt doing something right cause i could never get below 206-208 and thats was about my sitting weight... now im sitting at 200-202.... im so close guys!

Well if none of you have seen it yet I have another set back! Doctor ordered so physical activity for 10 days that include the usage of my left hand...

long story short I was working... got my left hand smashed between two objects... one moving one stationary.. ripped the fingernail clean off my left ringer finger... lacerate the nailbed to the bone... yeah that shxt hurt!

Its a mess... im just hoping my nail grows back which they are optimistic that it will... now while i cant really lift... and im not gonna gonna push my luck running or eliptical... ive come to far too not do anything... thinking I will do some stationary biking in the mornings...

Edit... I was gonna post the pictures... but some might not wanna see them on the forum so heres links ;)

Seeing the fingernail sitting there reminds me of hostel lol

Oh ****! I'm sorry that happened. Just make sure to eat smart right now, and it shouldn't do too much harm on your weight.

Mate I can't believe that transformation in such a short time!:You_Rock_Emoticon:

Kick ass progress bro!! Congrats on the comeback (since your head injury). Def keep it up, you'll hit your goals in no time if you keep it up at this pace. Lookin great!

Yeah its been rough since my head injury but I think a lot of its been in my head (no pun intended lol) cause i think ever since i went from good shape to letting myself slip I didnt think I could get back into good shape and always gave up after a month or two

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

im not gonna let this hand injury hold me back! I was planning on taking a week off soon anyways as ive been at this about 10 weeks and they say you should take off every 8-10 weeks so im not worried about taking off a week

new goals... get down to 190 and start recomp clean bulking... i dont have any desire to get lower than 180-185... ill probably get to 190 and then cycle something... maybe we'll see

STAY TUNED!

UPDATE:

Well I'm happy to log one more awesome feature to this stack....

About a week after I finished this stack I injured my hand at work, leaving me unable to workout for 10 days. In those 10 days I ate like **** (fast food, soda, ect) and didn't work out once... most I did was walk around a lot at work.

You would expect me to gain bounce back weight hardcore.... 1 lb guys! 1 lb! Thats all I gained back, which i attribute to the fast food I was eating... meaning that I had little to NO bounce back weight after this stack.

Sitting at 198 as of this morning! WOOOOOOOOO finally broke 200 after 4 years of being over!
