Flaweds Cuttin it UP with Alpha T2 and extras (half sponsored)

I never thought id go back to training a 5 day, 1 body part per day split... but here I am! And I am loving it... dont know why but absolutely loving it... and my body is so used to doing like 9-12 sets per body part... but somedays im doing like 30+ sets per body part because of triple dropsets and such...

seems to be working great... and for once in my life Im not too concerned with getting lean while im working out... im letting myself eat all those carbs and if anything I feel like Im leaning out and getting bigger... weight has only dropped 2-3 lbs in a month but I look bigger and leaner...

so we shall continue and see what happens!
