Road cycling was my cardio of choice. That ended when the Mrs left the garage open one night and my mode of transport vanished. The son's college fund has taken priority over me getting a new toy so cardio went bye bye. I just tightened up the diet more.
 
I had a lifetime of cardio from track and cross country in high school lol havent done much cardio since then...

I actually do a lot of stair climbing and power walking in my 12 hour shifts at work, that's plenty of cardio right? Does that count?
I used to have an impossible time putting weight on and keeping it before I changed job roles. I had to weild heavy ass wrenches, I'm talking like 30 pound hand wrenches and even heavier power tools, wearing fire proof coveralls in 100+ degree environments for 3 hours at a time when I was working on reactors :(
On a humid summer day it would get up around 120 by the reactors sometimes and I would finish a job without a dry spot on me.
So glad I work in AC and office type setting now lol.

Update later guys. Slept in, been a short day...but I will be hitting some light weights later on.
 
thats sounds brutal fl3x. I work in a sheetmetal shop. Im lifting heavy metal all day. but fortunately for me im a biggin and put weight on too easy!!!

yeah. killer delt work especially when Im running the plasma table. Sheets are 5 feet by 10 feet and depending on the guage metal anywhere between 65 to 125 pounds a sheet. Busy days are brutal when throwing 50-60 sheets on a day..lol
 
box factory for me....if i work on the gator in the summer i can lose 10lbs on a 12 hour shift...i make up for it when i get home though, lol.
 
I wouldn't call what I do now manual labor, but before, when I worked on a paper machine?? Wow. Talk about labor!! Definitely not a job for older people. I'd go home from there exhausted & sore.

My first vision of paper machine work was Mark Wahlber bent over a copy machine in Rockstar and some guy says "are you wearing eyeliner???" Lol, but now I am actually picture the big pulp press machines I have seen on discovery.

Lol. My highschool bio teacher threw a stapler at my head once because I wasted a label on his hand held labeler. He may have been bipolar haha

Looks pretty good, easy to use. But they will only let me gain 1 pound a week lol :(
 
Today was kind of an off day so I didn't go real heavy or do a 5x5 but this is how it looked:

Seated Zottman curls:
2 sets of 12

Slightly bent forward seated curls:
3 sets of 12

Lying tricep EZ bar extensions:
4 sets of 10

Close grip chin ups, palms faced towards me:
3 sets of 10

Smith BB shrugs:
105x12
195x12
285x12
375x12
Immediately into:
285x6, 195x7

ALL DONE!

Got a surprisingly awesome pump on today, which I didn't expect since I slept in and have only eaten like twice so far...
I would honestly say it is the best pump I've had since I've been taking P-Bold!

Taking a couple days off probably, back at it monday unless I decide to do a 5x5 with shoulders and no chest tomorrow night.
 
Nice little update got to love a good pump from a product. Had to back read a few pages to get everything keep up the solid work.

Mdrol is kicking in on the strength department. Weight wise I think the mdrol loaded me up lol. Got 10lbs on without even changing calorie intake. Just moved a bit of my fats to carbs.



Anyway, nice arms day. Here's some motivation. 295x5 for bench and 335x5 for deads. Super setted. Yes. I'm a mad man.

I can't remember what I was doing for deads earlier this year, but I would do a rest/pause kinda deal. I would use my 5 rep max, hit it for 2 or 3 reps, rest for 20, hit it again, rest for 20, hit it again. Can't remember the weight but I know it was low 300's. I might have to accept your challenge.

BTW, very hungry this morning. I ate my 400 calorie protein bar and ten minutes later was hungry again so now I'm scarfing down a chicken Alfredo lean pocket.

I guess that other thread we were in got deleted. Frustrating wasn't it? For some reason I just felt like maybe there was some truth to that kid, but we were dealing with a truly stupid person, I mean like IQ, common sense, dumb. Whatever lol
 
Lol...yeah, if it was true I really feel bad for him but even if I knew NOTHING about AAS I wouldn't be that dumb!
 
Curious as to what I missed.

Oh, it was just some kid who claimed a guy he knew hooked him up with a 14 wk run of dbol w/ a 14 wk pct of winnie all dosed too high and some other garbled nonsense. It was hard to pin down and make out. Had troll written all over it, who knows.
