FISH OIL(omega 3)...how much do you take?

You have to go Odorless my friend. I tried normal fish oil pills and got the fish burps while maxing out on bench and I almost killed myself.
Odorless your friends will thank you.
and I take both because they both help.
 
Other possible side effects of high or very high dose fish oil consumption reported in animals are increased liver and spleen weight, adverse effects on iron metabolism, and red blood cell deformities [Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed], but it is doubtful that these are relevant in moderate doses.
