I am about to begin my first cycle. I am 23 years old, I have been lifting since I was 13. Not religiously the entire time, I took 6 months off here and there, but I have been going pretty much non stop since January 2005. I am currently 232 pounds with 17% bodyfat. I bench press 385 pounds, 17.5" arms, 37" waist, 50" chest. I have sustan 250 vials, dianabol orals, anavar orals, and novalex orals. I know the orals are hard on the liver, I have purchased "liver longer" and I have my milk thistle with 80% silymarin, omega 3 fatty acids, a high potency multi-vitamin/multi-mineral, and the regular supplements. I take aim for 30 grams of whey isolate every three hours, but after I workout I take 50 grams. It's hard to get the 30 grams every 3 hours, I bring a zip lock bag to work with me almost every day. I'm looking for some advice/input from you guys. Is there anything else that I will need? How should I do my cycle. I'm looking at 8 weeks of it. What type of gains should I expect? I'm mainly wanting strength gains, but if I get bigger that's definately not a problem. I know my bodyfat is high, and I will work on that furiously after the cycle. I used to weigh 300 pounds so **** i'm making progress. Okay guys, any input you can give me would be appreciated. Thanks.
