No headaches today. Felt strong in the gym, 425 Dead is my best in several years, My PR is 450 2 years ago in a meet. My weight is up 4.8 pounds, but I did notice my uniform belt felt a little snug last night at work. So not 100% sure where this weight is just yet. Plan to do measurements this weekend and each weekend throughout the cycle, to better track progress.

Also I did use the lifepack outta the Medic unit last night at work to check my vitals. BP 114/76 Pulse 67 No complaints there

Did 30 min 4mph at 5% incline this morning before breakfast.

So at the conclusion of week one I am up 5.2 pounds, pretty impressed with the weight gain so far.

Workout~ A complete rest day.

I only got about 3 hours of sleep last night. We had an extremely busy night at the fire station and I got horrible sleep. So most of today was spent relaxing.

Back at the gym tomorrow, so stay tuned for week 2 results.

hey man. Just from my experience so far, I felt a slight strength increase on Day 10 from it. I buckled and bumped it to 40mg today (day 12 for me). Strenght is up, pumps are harsh.....I swelled up like a blimp from them at the gym lol. Hoping you get the same results around this time.

I really have not noticed any change in either area. I have always had great motivation to hit the gym and that has continued. As far as libido, I still try to get it 5 times a day and she tells me no atleast 10 times a day, damn women, LMAO. All and all I feel great, but not really any different than off cycle. Strength seems to be up a bit and today is morning of day 11 and I am up 6.2 pounds.

Still at 30mg for this week

Workout~ All Light Weight Supersets since next two days are max effort days

Did not log any weights used, good workout, avg pump, doing some cardio this afternoon plus abs.

Gonna go the whole 6 weeks and finish 2 bottles off.

Made some awesome gains as well.

I am doing 30 now, planning to bump up to 40mg this sunday and run it at 40mg for the last 3 weeks, so a total of 5 weeks.

I am up 6.2 pounds right now, not sure I can say its 100% LBM gain.
I dont think I look any bigger. My girl said last night she thought my legs were getting bigger, as if they need to grow. I have a hard time getting pants to fit correctly now. I did measurments at day 7 and my waist was up 1/2 inch and chest up 3/4 inch, all others stayed the same.

heya, yup 50mg till the end. First time on havoc/Epi--yes-- but I did a cycle of Anavar when I lived in Venice CA years ago. There was a lot there to choose from at Golds then but I had heard it (Anavar) was mild for the 1st time so did 5 weeks of it.

I wish I can do that again since Anavar is very kind to the liver and water retent is nearly non existent with it as well.

As far as this cycle, I know I gained some LBM but who can say how much from the weight I gained. I know I gained muscle but it aint all LBM.

Clothes are one of the best ways to know we are gaining-- be it LBM or not.

I know there are definite changes in my size, I even posted a bicep before/during pic on bb.com.

Bumping to 40mg is when most say they see the best changes on havoc.
I dont know if 50mg is a waste or not but Im doing it this way since I have gone up with my max lifts with it. I do see more acne as of today which will be monitored.

Im getting more bloodwork on Friday again if I can get in to my MD.

Hey what is up. I noticed you were up 6.2 already. I am on day 14 and have eaten completely clean so far, probably less than what I should and up 5 pounds. nothing has gone to my waist thankfully LoL. You been eating clean?

Yeah I have been pretty clean. I usually eat clean all year long. I do have a cheat meal here and there. Like we had pizza for lunch the other day.
I dont need any more around my waist thats for sure. All my pants are fitting tighter, buts its all in the thigh area..LOL

Workout~ Off day, probably due some light abs and cardio later today.

Bumpin up to 40mg starting tomorrow.

Strength seems to be up some, I did pull 460 yesterday which is a PR.

Libidio is still up, no signs of shutdown yet.

Overall I really dont feel any different, but its just the end of week 2.

Only neg I have had so far are some light annoying headaches.

Positives~ My weight is up 6.6 pounds this morning

As far as the PR deadlift, not 100% sure thats Havoc, I have been training Westside style for about 5 weeks now. So I am sure that applying Louie's techniques have had a significant impact on my lifts.

Missed updating the log over the weekend, just took the weekend off to rest a bit.

Overall good workout, great pump and some badass vascularity in my arms.

I have plans for a 5 week cycle just found out my department is shipping me to New Mexico for Suicide Bomber training for the entire 5th week. So I gotta find a place to lift out there. Or should I maybe bump to 50mg for the 4th wek and stop it after 4 weeks?

Ok I'm 29, I've lifting on and off the last 10 yrs. I've been lifting four days a week consistently the past 18 months or so. I have zero experience with ph. I've had friends take ph before so I know what they know and what I have researched over the last few months.

Morning Weight~ 213

Workout~ Chest and Tri's

Great workout today, had great energy and focus. Did flat bench 225 for 11, which is the best I have done is some time.

Took superbowl weekend off and rested up a bit, plus got some good cheat meals in Sunday. I would hate to know how many pounds of fried Walleye and Perch I consumed.

So all and all I have to say Havoc has been great to me.
I am up about 14 pounds, some of it is fat, i will start the cardio back up in PCT
My strength is up all around.
I have had no side effects aside from the occasional back pump.

I had planned for 5 weeks, but really thinking that I may just stop at 4 weeks, since gains are good and no sides. Thinking I might be better to stop while I am ahead.
 
are your arms feeling pumped like all the time? mine are and its great lol
 
Yeah I feel a good pump most of the day. I have noticed that I can get a pump type feeling from doing very little. Like today I was painting my bathroom, I felt like I did an hour in the gym..LOL

I do know that I have an addiction to the mirror lately. Can't help but to check out my gains, every time I walk by.

Ok so I have totally let this thread go, life has been so busy lately. I am sitting here at the Columbus airport trying to get this updated. So I decided to stop after 4 weeks. Had great gains no sides. Took my first dose of Nolva last night before bed. Holy SH*T that stuff taste like A**....LOL

All and all I ended up about 13 pounds of gain. Seems to be mostly solid. Week one of PCT is gonna be spent in New Mexico for training. So this might be interesting.
 
Alright well digging thru the cupboards and found I still have a bottle of havoc,,so I think its time for round 2 to kick off..

Im on board man! Im gonna run mine in jan for 6 weeks...How did everything end up on your 1st run of Havoc? did you keep everything, or did all the strength/muscle flush down the toilet?
