LMAO! "quad staRING at you" yea I started about 7 days ago, doing alright so far, im going to drop weekly reports and try to keep it interesting, so far though little bit of weight/ already feeling a little more solid, little more aggression, higher libido actually, like through the roof! sometimes I almost have a better overall feeling is hard to tell if its officially from that or not though, but its kicking slowly but surely. I think ill start a new log for this cause its going to be a good cycle I got lined up...

sure understand this, my third missus had complications some years ago re child birth after her 9 th child, ( not all to me ) so i went and had the chop ( vasectomy ) for the last 25 yrs i have been shooting blanks, thank goodness the big boy still works as good as ever, however now wife 4 is childless it does not worry her

I just made my vasectomy appointment yesterday. good to hear everything still works properly! I just can't keep putting my girl through this

You are a most considerate man and just so long as you feel positive about your decision for the procedure everything will be just perfect.
When i had mine the doctors young female assistant did lather me up and shave all around the um er sensitive area ha ha she spread my nude legs and all of my glory exposed and vulnerable and then did assist the doc with the op.
I did have to remind the doc to administer my optional valium shot, and boy did that relax me, however it did have side effect that on the way home i really wanted so very bad to bone every female that i laid my eyes on.
I probably was a bit young and stupid because after 3 days i was back in the gym doing heavy squats, thankfully all remained intact .

After the procedure for about 24 hours on and off i did place an ice pack on the affected area as instructed, this did speed up the healing and reduce symptoms of inflammation, the next day i trained chest and after 3 days i was back squatting so providing you ice it occasionally for the first 24 hours and rest you should soon be working out and also back to you know what men like :wink1:
