First Time PH Cycle after 9 Years of Hardwork Naturally

KilaCali yeah man, you cant run PHs that long usually. Its not even the liver damage, its the bloodpressure, the lipid profiles, and all kinds of other side effects that get compounded and work synergistically against you when you stack.

Inta muscular cycles are long in length because often times take a while to kick in but they are fairly mild with the side effects. You'll just be shutdown for a while. PHs act every fast in the body and produce results quick, but have crazy sides.

So guess what I'm trying to say is, don't think that because someone runs an intra musclular anabolic for 12 weeks that its cool to run PHs for 12 weeks straight. That actually gets dangerous and you better have the best support supplements if your gonna go over 6 weeks. And when your done with this, you need to take a fat break from cycling (time onbut still hit it hard in the gym to maintain gains. Otherwise youll lose it and always be cycling to get back to where you were.

Sorry for the rant. I just wanna see you achieve great things. Your not doing anything wrong, just beware and be cautious.

its going alright man, I caught a bad cold and been laid out for the past few days wit hthe weather being 10 degrees or less as well, my halo will be done by Monday. but so far im happy with the results, not as intense as I thought ir would be but I can definitely tell the difference.

10 degrees sounds nice while i am sweltering here on 22 C minimum up to 30 C with high humidity, decided to start my Dymethazine by AAR several days ago as myself not having a good resistance to winter thought this would be a better time to run it whilst the weather is warm and no cold or flu bugs around, i had an idea that PH cycles may lower immune function, however i am not certain, anyway by the time winter comes around i have Super Trenabol to run, it may raise my core temperature, the cold knocks me around., ok good luck with your run i am staying tuned cheers

yeah just remember to eat while your sick and youll be fine. If you don't feel like eating force feed small meals. 6 meals a day regardless. even if all 6 are medium size bowls of cereal. You'll keep your gains as long as you keep eating to grow basically. Just cuz you feel like **** doesn't mean your body is losing muscle. You'll only lose muscle if you stop eating right.
 
Agree'd bro, I have been gourging myself actually, I cant seem to ever be full and I can definitely notice the difference basically missing one meal I can actually feel the loss of it the next day or two after so ive been non stop eating, ive learned through out the years actually when I start to feel famished that its a high probability that my body is fighting something and to eat as much as possible and I can actually beat whatever it is attacking my immune system and if I prolonged eating at that rate I would end up sick by the next day and be miserable... amazing when you become in tune to your bodys needs what you can actually control. anyways finally back to about 80% and gonna be back in there today finally!

Even if you gotta go light bro, just get in there and do something. Get yourself a good pump. You don't even gotta go to failure. Get in there, get a pump, it's way way better than nothing. And since your on PHs youll grow from even that. But you wont grow from nothing.

I wouldn't really know. But I do know that Halodrol is what everyone speaks of when they say Halo. Halodrol is like the original or something.

No.no.no the origonal halodrol was called halodrol was an ok ph with a blatant marketing rip off of REAL halo even came in blister packs. But halodrol. Is faaaaaar from real halo which is one of the all tI'm best and my favorite aas

and I finished my halo day b4 yesterday and am starting to feel slightly better now that im down to just the sdmz I think it was causing me more anxiety issues and so fourth from running all 4 ph's...
 
Keep it up yeah sometimes when you go with two many compounds your body doesn't know how to process it all so it can result in anxiety glad to hear your feeling better on now.

It will harden you up. but no cuts.... cuts only come from diet my friend. No way around it sucks ask me you know 1900cal a day right now max 100grams of carbs. But right now I"d just concentrate putting on as much new muscle mass as possible this is your best cycle simple and heavy bro. Alot of people make the mistake of massing and then trying to mini cut during the cycle. it's counter productive especially for you because your at or real real close to your genetic limit on muscle mass. "recomping" cycles only work for those who still have lean mass to gain imo. when a bodybuilder or physique competitor cuts most times the goal is just to hold onto what lean muscle tissue they have and cut body fat down they are not worried with trying to build anymore at that time.
 
Thanks for the support guys, the anxiety b.s. seems to have subsided somewhat plus the doc started me on BP meds (beta blocker) so I been doing 50mg matropolol and I think that's been helping to keep the bp down as well cause I was running a little higher at certain times in the day.. and I think DMZ is better for cutting/recomp then halo after doing the sdmz now for the last two weeks ive noticed pretty fast that it had me sweating a lot more and leaning out a hell of a lot more, and as for me no matter what I do honestly I ALWAYS go for mass and still stay lean and actually lose 90% of my body fat in the process as unbelievable as it may sound my metabolism has always been so damn skyhigh that if I were to try anything BUT bulking up I would drop weight like a cancer patient, I mean yea its cool to be all super cut up but I just hate the feeling of being light in the ass and losing a little strength from it as well but that's just me, anyways HardEarned your runnin the dmz now I believe maybe you will notice what I pointed out and you wont even need to bother with the halo.. let me know how your body responds to all that.
 
Aight. Look at my log, I'm running Dbol instead of DMZ. And I meant EPI, not Halo. My bad, typo.

So far I'm feeling stronger and swolled up all the time like I did some super carb loading!

yeah buddy. It's indescribable the feeling it gives you. The pump and the just alpha male beast mode feeling you have throughout the day. Again, its too early for me to experiencing the full effects, but gosh dang this is pretty cool even if its just a taste of what's to come.

My Apologies Guys, haven't had a lot of time lately to log my trips as ive been in and out every other day still recovering from this sickness so ive been taking it kind of easy the last week and a half but I can tell you I am feeling pumped 24/7 I attribute to the msten in the sdmz3 I haven't lost any strength what so ever in the gym and I know that if it weren't for the sickness I would have went up about 15lbs on lifts, my appetite has been atrocious non stop hunger and it seems like its all going to the right place cause my bf hasn't changed at all, Ive noticed some slight leaning even though im focusing on pure mass/bulk hopefully in the next day or two I will have a full routine to lay out for you guys so you can get an idea of how far I've come since week 1 of halo, as far as sides I was experiencing some elevated BP at certain times of the day, specially after drinking a cup of coffee, I seen the doc and got put on some minor BP pills an extended release called matropolol I take 1 a day and it does the trick!

I'll stick with the bp meds until my cycle and probably pct is done, also the last week of my halo my nipples puffed up a little and have stayed that way since then, no sensitivity but im going to start 20mg of nolva tonight and run 10mg's every other night for the next week to try and curve that and if it doesn't help ill be getting something a little stronger.. other then that once I got the bp meds and finished the halo my anxiety has curved, for a minute there specially the last two weeks of halo I was starting to experience really high anxiety I think due in part to the ph's as well as some personal issues but ive been a lot calmer lately, I think the halo might have more sides then all three ph's in sdmz combined! and ive actually heard this from other people as well.. kind of makes me wish I started with epi for my first cycle but oh well! anyways I've honestly been thinking of going 3 caps a day of sdmz cause its felt so mild, my urine has been light colored and haven't noticed any toxicity issues at all! I have about 2.5 weeks left of my sdmz and that will put me at 8 weeks total on cycle.. any questions or comments feel free to drop some lines, thanks guys wishing you all the best!
 
Stay dedicated bro!!! Your only "on" for a short amount of time compared to PCT and the mandatory time off. If you cant stay dedicated while "on" you definitely cant stay dedicated through pct while your feeling like a girl, or when your off in between cycles just trying to maintain what you got through hard work and strict dieting.

All I'm saying is make the most of it now. Beat that sickness, get it behind you, and get on the grind!

also last week i had to stop my AAR Dymethazine cycle on day 16 just when it was looking productive because the hospital put me on Prednisolone for 20 days + Amoxycillin & Clavulanic acid + Diprosone ov cream, its just circumstances sometimes prevail i guess and has affected Killer and also myself, i guess he will come back strong and me also with the turning of the wheel . . . .

This furkin Prednisolone is said to have some neg sides like trouble sleeping, low libido, depression , lethargic and heaps of other negs, however i am sleeping very well waking with a strong wood, and feeling high most of the day and working out like a little beast the weights seem so light :lick:
 
Hey guys my apologies! This cycle really went downhill, about two weeks ago my right foot/leg/ankle swelled up to a huge degree, now this happened about a month or two ago and lasted approx. 2 weeks and went away, this time its stuck around and caused a lot of pain in the arch of my foot, on the top of my foot, and on the side of my foot, not to mention the outside of my ankle where the bone sticks out, so I back off of hitting it once again for the last week and ended up going to the e.r. last Monday night, they did a ultrasound all the way up to my groing area, and an xray and couldn't find shiet, they even had about 8 different docs and staff in there like I had some mutant chicken pox strain or something, so the doc tells me "i think you have a foot sprain but I want you to check up with your doc, heres some pain pills have a good one"

SO..... I get in to see my doc last Thursday, he does blood and urine tests on me, only to find out im perfect (nice to know as I have been running 4 methyls for over a month now all together running 10 weeks) but still no clue where the damn swelling came from or anything, so he put me on some damn diuretic/water pill to get rid of the fluid in my leg, which my left leg started to swell a little as well... anyhow this is about 3-4 days later and it seems the swelling is down a little, the pain is almost worse.. they also put me on potassium pills for electrolytes being lost from the water pills but they called me today and said from the test my potassium levels were already high and to discontinue those and to come back Thursday for a blood test/check up.. so who knows, any how as this relates to my cycle its been up and down the entire time and am extremely disappointed not only in the events that have screwed it up, but the SDMZ 3.0 was not what I had hoped and expected, it actually seemed fairly week, after about a week of a little push I felt it gave me it kind of died off, I know its kind of kept me lean and I haven't lost, nor gained weight since I started it

Needless to say I am very disappointed in my 10 week run and finished my Sdmz 3.0 today, I still have almost a half bottle of Diabolix left, I even bumped that up about 2 weeks ago to 60mg 2 caps am/1 cap afternoon/1cap evening and honestly cant say if that's been doing anything either lol its just an all around bummer this last couple weeks, im hoping to get back in the gym cause im sure if I would have stayed steady I might have seen some differences then this week off here and there bull****, but im looking forward to a fat PCT and then I have been offered a FREE that's right FREE bottle of Quad-Plexx Rx Xtreme and CANNOT wait to start that cycle, for those un familiar and ive noticed cannot find a log or review on this anywhere it contrains 60 caps, 1 cap = 1 dose 25mg DMZ, M14ADD 25mg, Max LMG 25mg, M-Sten 20mg So X thay by two caps and we have some pretty good doses there, definitely going to need some ihibit p and tudca im thinking but like I mentioned before, I've ran 10 weeks straight and the last 4 were Sdmz 3.0 (3 methyls) + diabolix, another methyl, and I bridged halo at 100mg (methylated) for my first week of sdmz, then started the diabolix once halo was over... and for the results to come back with everything looking great and me not experiencing ANY feelings of toxicity, and not even taking tudca with this cycle im almost considering not using it on the next one, but those are some high doses so im thinking I might still run some, im more worried about the bp/prolactin issues and estro sides..

I recommend a test cycle with an oral kickstart. Run the test for 12-14 weeks and use HCG on cycle to prevent testicular shrinkage. It also makes PCT easier and your test levels come back faster so you keep more of your gainz. 500mg of test a week should be good!

I think the toxic ass orals were the source of a lot of your problems this cycle.

I don't think it was the orals as much as it was just bad timing but I do get the feeling the halo did more bad then good for me but anyhow im gonna make sure this next cycle is a hell of a lot better and definitely dumping into this pct.

what was the total weight and strength gains
 
starting weight was 171, end of weight on cycle is 188/192 flux's ill be taking some easurements but im pretty sure back/chest/calves and possibly arms all grew but will find out . I was neer really going for 1RM but I could tell you my rep ranges up until two weeks ago shot up for my normal working weights from 7-9 to 12-15 easily, and I could judge by how I felt my 1rm gurantee'd went up by 8-10lbs I was repping 315 on squat for 6-8 and was doing 12-15's higher end on good days, was incline bench sets of 10-12 and after 6 weeks I was repping 225 for the same, bent over rows shot up the quickest but back has always been my strongest part, was doing 225 for 8-10's x 4 wide grip with the 4th 5th and 6th set switching to reverse grip and dropping weight each set and I got up to 275 for 6-8s at the same pace, like I said if I had more time and was steady for more then 2 weeks I would have seen much greater progress this we all know for sure! but even when I would miss a week or two I would go back in there and still go back to the same weight if not go up 3-4 reps and/or 10-20lbs and that in itself amazed me cqause usually you miss a week or two and you fall backwards slightly, not with this stuff, I could definitely feel my body holding onto every ounce of muscle and strength I had no matter how much down time I had! once again I appreciate everything dudes your all the best!
 
NICE! good numbers especially since it wasn't your ideal cycle.
