First Time Beastdrol Cycle

Hello,

I thought I'd run this by you guys prior to starting.

Stuff I take:
Green Tea Extract
Orange Triad, multi vitamin
Assault Pre-Workout (Will this be needed while on cycle? If not what about Con-Cret creatine stuff?)

On cycle:
Beastdrol 10/20/20/20? (last week depends how I feel)
Fish Oil 1200 mg (taken at the same time I take the Beastdrol)
Cycle Assist 8 caps/day, 4 Am and 4 Pm
Taurine 500 mg/day
Co Q-10 100 mg/day

PCT:
Tamodex 40/20/0/0 (Nolva rip off, have some left over)
LiquiNolva 0/0/20/10 (for research purposes for my lab rats :) )
Erase 3 caps/day til I run out (Estrogen and Cortisol control)
DAA 4 caps/day til I run out

Am I missing anything, will this do me? I'm not sure about the Erase.
 
Everything looks good bro. The Assault i'd say is fine to use unless u start having some blood pressure issues, and with creatine honestly u won't even need it on superdrol, you'll b storing so much glycogen you'll feel like u can train for hours on end. U could just save it for during your pct.
 
Oh but the Erase though, u can use when your tapering down on the nolva, say like the 3rd week and just take it til the bottle is done.
 
Alright cool, I have a little blood pressure thing that should do me for the BP monitoring. I'll do that with the Erase, maybe start it in 4th week of PCT? I did a cycle of H-Drol and it didn't work out as well as I had hoped so I planned this one out more and have an idea of what I should fix this go.
 
Yeah u could use it starting the 4th week too. But yeah your gtg bro. Eat big, train big, get big, that's the motto bro.
 
Hmm good question. Well since agmatine will increase NO production, which will dilate blood vessels, that would actually lower your blood pressure. So yeah that's fine, feel free to look that up though, I'm just stating from personal knowledge.
 
looks good man! I like that you're not planning too much beast...it's amazing what you can do on a low dose of SD!

save the creatine and the assault for PCT, it's a good time to lower your stim tolerance!

the only other thing I'd add is transaderm, or some test base! its amazing to see how much better your cycle is when you don't have lethargy and libido issues.

X2....Transaderm with Beastdrol can make a big difference on how you feel on cycle ;)
 
X3 with the Transderm, I should've used it on my last SD run, the lethargy was a killer until I got into my workout.
 
use the creatine while on cycle. Its 10x more effective while ON cycle so take advantage of it. Also use the erase 0/3/3/2/2/1/1
 
Yeah i'd save it for pct too, I get gymrat's point about using it on cycle, but I swear on SD I can hop out the bed and go f*ck up the gym haha.

You should definitely use creatine on cycle. It is MUCH more effective. There is no need to ever go off of creatine on cycle or off
 
If you get some noob that can gain 15-20
Pounds off their first SD cycle, then they can probably save their creatine for PCT.

The question would be...why not use it? Its cheap as hell, so what would be the reason to drop it?
 
I've been off it months honestly, I know there is a benefit, but I've noticed no difference in my training. I have a goal weight to reach b4 my next contest prep, and I know I'll get there regardless of if I use creatine. I know its good but its just one of those things I can do without sometimes u know. Like I said its all personal preference.

That's cool man. Everyone is different. I honestly don't notice a whole lot of difference with or without creatine either as far as performance, but I do notice a difference in muscle volume without it.
 
I have Con-Cret so I might as well use it on cycle then if I won't need the Assault to get motivated for the gym. I don't use it normally being that Assault has it, bought it awhile ago.
 
Well I ordered a bottle of the Transaderm, once I get it I'll start er up. Can't wait!

So I started it while I wait for the Transaderm because it shouldn't take to long to get it and I'm impatient like that.

So I've be on it for 3 days now, should my workout routine be different? I've recently changed it up from Starting Strength to a 4x wk (cardio on off days), and focusing on muscle groups. Chest/Shoulders, Back/Ab, Bi/Tri, Leg. I've seen people saying on various sites that you can push it harder than usual. What you guys think?

I'm sore as hell right now. Even my tri's are sore from the chest routine. Is this just the change in workout routine or the Beastdrol?
 
Its just the change in your routine that's all. Your recovery will definitely b up. When I was doing my strength routine on SD, I even had to increase reps because I could lift so much without getting fatigued, and honestly I can throw some heavy weight around.
 
Yeah, so I'm running this again. It worked out great last time.

I'm currently in the 2nd week and trying to decide if I should take 3 caps next wk. What's the longest and most you can take while being somewhat safe? I'm currently 220 lbs. Thanks!

FYI I have some "Nitrulline" on hand which is arginine alpha ketoglutarate 3000 mg (NOX etc) plus L-Citrulline malate 1000 mg, alpha lipid acid and, bioperine and some taurine.

I saw an article which claimed agmatine "takes part in more metabolic processing" than arginine. Personally that just sounds like they're trying to sell the stuff. Although I have to say, I get some pretty wicked pumps with agmatine, haven't tried arginine.

Cool thanks man I'll definitely try it out, and it sounds like it's not one or the other so might get some agmatine.

The arginine / NOX without question helps you get more pumped and stay more pumped, although I don't think it has a hand in metabolic stuff. That's a good instinct to have, it is so ridiculous the claims they make in magazines...
 
I'd do 20/20/30/30 but I wouldn't go above 30 mg a day.

Alright cool, I'm in the last week at 30mg now. This cycle has been amazing, I'm repping 275 (3x5) on bench. I was probably about 225 before.

What you think about going 4 wks off cycle then back on? I know some people do that with other things but I'm not sure about this.
