First SARM cycle, Olympus Labs LeGenD

Today is day 37 on cycle, but day 7 of the trest and halo. I changed up my Wednesday and Thursday workouts. I was super pumped today and had a great workout! I must be doing something right for older men to be staring at me :)

- Incline Bench: (30,12,10,10x2) 95,135,145, 125 drop set 95
- DB Bench: (30,12,10,8)
37.5, 60,70,70
- Pec Deck: (4x30)

Today I did legs and back, I was extremely pumped and definitely feeling the amp citrate and pwo. I ended up throwing up when I got to my truck, it was a hell of a work today. Idk if it was mixing legs and back together for the first time or each set rest time was under 45 sec.. I was almost running to the next machine or bar, I was stripping and adding weights faster than I ever have before, today was pretty good.

Legs:
Squats- 45 lbs x 30, 45 x 25, 135 x 12, 185 x 5, 185 x 4
3' Box Jump- 3 x 12
Walking Lunges: 35 lbs x 20, 45 lbs x 14, 45 x 14

Back:
Seated Cable Rows- 105 x 10, 120 x 8, 135 x 8, 135 x 6 Super Setted w/
Body Weight Squats full range- 50, 50, 40, 40
Behind the neck pullups: 3 x 8

Well that worked quick. 8 days? The difference is ridiculous from start pics to this. Had no idea LGD worked so quickly

Edit: didn't realize you were taking trest and halo as well...makes a lot more sense now

Today was a rest day. I've been eating like crazy, haven't checked my weight. I do that on Wednesday's. I'm feeling great and loving the cycle so far.

I'd like to thank Mo at PHW and everyone that helped me become a rep for PHW. This is a great opportunity and I'm excited for the journey!

Today I tried something new, I've been reading about GVT for sometime, but never tried it. I did what I could, I know the increased sets, reps and weight will come. I'm just re-working how I do my lifts. I'm really trying to get the mind to muscle connection/mastered concentration. Today on bench I worked on keeping my body tight and really feeling the chest and other body parts working. On curls I made sure I flexed my glutes, I used my lats to brace myself and flexed my chest because it was pumped, and worked on feeling my biceps work. The pec deck felt amazing, I put it on the first rung. I just like the range that works the chest, not throwing in the front delt. I felt really good today.

On their own, I don't mess with them as I have seen buddies mess with their gyno and it get crazy out of hand. Not sure if that is the gyno setting in or from the playing with it, either way I don't.

Nice volume! I'm pretty jealous of your cycle right now. Not too familiar with the halofire but I plan on running trest next (oral and derma). Possibly with epistane.

Glad your all set up man! Thanks I'm loving the volume training. It's my first run with halo and Trest, but I've done some good research and have some good mentors.

Yesterday was a rest day, just ate whatever I could and recover. Today was arms, I used the GVT style again. I was super pumped and feeling really powerful. I did very little rest time on this workout.

I got some arimidex and am using it instead of the exemestane. Trying to save that for something down the road.

Getting interested in volume training may make a switch
 
Ya coz I'd like to train maybe 4 or 5 days a week especially with my cycle of THE1 coming up. Feel like I could make serious gains doing 3 hardcore strength orientated sessions - big focus on compound lifts. And 1 or 2 additional GVT style sessions. Feel like my recovery would be fine and it would provide decent additional gains. Any thoughts on that??

Tomorrow is the day, my son is gonna be here at noon! At the house now with the family making some food for my wife before her surgery. Made some chicken on the grill, with some links and gumbo mix. Man I love this meal!

Did you consider continueing with the LGD and stacking the Halofire with it?

I have been on OL's Legend for a month now, started at 4mg and upping to 14mg. The pump is definatelly there but I gained only 3 pounds and the strenght gain is like 10 pounds at my 10 reps bench. I expected more of LGD but I am still positive since I have zero sides, I am glad I did not stick to only 4mg /8mg for the first 6 weeks, in my opinion you need 2 Legend bottles for a decent LGD cycle.
Anayway for the last 3 weeks I will be stacking 30mg Anavar to my 14mg of LGD to get more weight gain and a significant strenght increase.

Good luck with the gains!

I had 2 bottles on hand to start with. Yeah I probably should have ran it for the length I planned. My wife made me stop because I got really sick and she blamed the LGD. I think it was just a bug because my mom had the same thing. I had to listen to what she said despite what I wanted to do.. Either way I'm liking my current cycle!
