First Run Log Epi/Stano

Looks good so far bro! I was debating bumping the Epi but after what you said, 45 seems like a good place to be. 10lbs in 3 weeks is solid... More time to gain. Ad if not, more time to solidify these gains. Win win either way

60 had me feeling rough for those few days. Had I not gotten sick, I would've stuck it out, but the 45 feels great. I'll probably kick the Stano up to 1400 next week. I have enough to run that through the end.

Last week's training was tough after being sick, but all the work got done and I added Saturday as a training day again. Figured, why not get after it with a couple weeks left.

Today, I'm feeling great. I upped that dose back to 60 on Epi and Stano is still 1200.

Weight is still around 232 and that's solid for me. I'm gonna take these last two weeks, eat slightly above maintenance and build a little more and recomp some.

Sides have been non-existent. I've been feeling sharp.


Here's my thoughts though...next cycle, I'm just pinning Test ;)

I toyed with the dosing of the Epi and Stano.

In the morning, I would take 15 Epi & 400 Stano. Then, do the exact same thing twice more.

Then, I took 30 Epi & 400 Stano and I could feel the difference. I felt the Epi hit a bit more. I feel better when the Stano is shining.

Now, I am at 30 Epi/600 Stano twice a day and I feel it's the $$$ dosage for me. It hits a little harder and it's a nice preworkout hit.

Dosing is up to you. I'm a newb myself, so I'm just testing what works for me.

Well, today is the beginning of week 5 and I feel like I can push these products a bit more...so...I'm bumping Epi to 75 and Stano to 1400. Might as well really dig in these last couple of weeks.

Morning weight: 230.6 (+9.6lbs in 4wks)

BF %: down about 1.5 - 2 %

Sides: Nonexistent. I completely took out the Formeron because it felt unnecessary. I'll save that for pct and taper out to prevent rebound.

Lifts: Strength has been about the same. Nothing really crazy to report here. I definitely have an aggressiveness most days, slightly more than usual, but I'm always aggressive when it comes to lifting. I like to get sh*t done!!! In reality, strength that is maintainable comes from proper programming, not compounds.

Goals for rest of cycle: lose another 1-2% bf and maybe add another couple lbs. If I can walk out of these 6wks + pct with 6-8lbs LBM and be down BF, I count that as a win.

Headed to the gym in a couple and I'm gonna blast this last week and a half at 90 Epi and see how it goes. Next time, I think I'll run it right from 60 and then work up. It has felt very mild and the sides have been basically nonexistent.

That's very encouraging! Like I said before, I'm a couple weeks behind you and the ON is definitely ON. My recovery time seems to be WAY up. I'm at 45 epi and 1000 stano and feeling pretty great. I may try bumping stano to 1200 next week. We'll see.

I consistently kept the Stano moving up and the Epi at a slower rate. I think this is what kept the sides at bay.

Recovery feels much better and aggressiveness is UP exponentially with the jumps from 45 -> 60, and even more noticeable with the jump from 60 ->75.

As for the dryness, I felt it most around week 3, but I bumped fish oil up to 4-5 capsules daily and jumped my daily glucosamine Chondroiton from 2 to 3 tabs. It's a non issue lately with those changes.

Can't get moving this morning. Lethargy hit HARD today for some reason. Gonna grab a coffee and get this day rollin. I have 3 clients to train and then I gotta take the kids swimming later. Time to man up!

Weight has been hovering around 233 the last few days and I've been eating nonstop. Looking like I'm carrying a little water this morning, but I did drink near an extra gallon yesterday with being outside ALL day.

10 days left til PCT. Gonna run hard though the finish line. Will add a couple double sessions and up the food a bit.

I agree, this has been successful. I've been working on the research necessary to do a 12wk test cycle in the early fall. 500-750mg/wk.

That should make things interesting ;)

I'm curious to see the residual gains after this cycle though. PCT and diet will be tight, so I'm hoping for a nice set of gains.

Body was just feelin it from this week of training. Toss in the Kenpo 3-4 days a week as well and I've been getting my a$$ handed to me.

Weight holding just under 235 again, which is almost 14 full lbs in 5wks. Today is the start of week 6.

Feelin pretty rough still. May dial the Epi back this week and cruise into pct at a lower dose. Major lethargy today, but I hammered my session earlier. I have been having serious issues getting to sleep AND staying asleep.

5 days left and then pct starts.

Weight holding at a steady 234.8lbs. Hoping to end pct at around 230. That would be 9lbs off this cycle with no raise in bf %. I would count that as a win!

I haven't done a DB Bench in forever, so those are on tap with some arms and shoulders. I can full Clean 300+lbs, but a few reps with some DB Bench are gonna cripple me lol. Looking forward to it.

Today is the final day before PCT.
This morning, I weighed 234.2lbs upon waking up. That's 13.2lbs after 6wks. But, I added ZERO bf. I'm not really sure I went down in BF%, but I certainly did not go up. That's a fkn win in my book!

Sides were basically nonexistent this entire 6wks and overall, it was simple and to the point.

As I got up into Epi at 90, I upped my cycle support and fish oil and I felt GREAT.

This was a solid first run and I'll be starting pct tomorrow. I'll keep some posts going through PCT to address strength and gain retention.

Today's session is going to be a goddamn BEAR, so I'm gonna give it a hard run!!!

Day 4 of PCT:

Weight: 235.8lbs (+.8 since Friday)
Though I imagine that excess is from stored glycogen from having two off days in a row this weekend and not having my water as high as usual because it was a BUSY weekend.

No side effects or negatives so far in PCT. I'm not gonna lie, I kind of enjoy the chemically taste of the nolva; I drink it straight up and no need to wash it down. Hunger was down the first two days, but seems to be back to normal.

Will keep updating through the next few weeks.
