Lots of heavy reps at the top end of things. Worked in the 90-95% range for a lot of today, other than squats...he gave me respite when it came to squats.
 
I'm not gonna lie...I'm pretty effin sore this morning.

Luckily, tomorrow is an off day. So, I just have to make it through today's session and I'm due for rest.

Agreed! Good job on the deads too!

Yeah...they felt great. The pause above the knee is a killer and really lights that rear chain up.

The deads you'll see are never part of my programming. I add them in randomly when I'm feeling it. Pretty much all motions I do, whether clean or snatch, are pulled off the floor anyway, so in essence, I'm deadlifting every day.

But today, I decided since I was beat up, I'd add stuff instead of halfa$$ all around.

Go big or go home!!!

I noticed mine kick in around day 10 on my present cycle. In the past it's usually been around day 10-14 as well, although I always ran it at 30mg so the higher dose could certainly kick it in faster. From what I've read, most ppl feel the same about the kick in time.

I've been dosed at 45 since day 1. Stano jumped to 1000 yesterday, so I'm hoping by the end of week 2...that I'm ON and ready!!!

Easy session. Thank god too...I spent all day yesterday sitting in a chair in the hospital waiting room. The lady had her tonsils out and my hips, back, and knees were tight as hell after all that sitting around in uncomfortable as hell chairs.

Tomorrow is normally an off day, but I believe I'm going to do a weak point workout in the AM.

Just curious, are you taking all of the PH at once or are you spreading it throughout the day? I'm starting my first cycle next week and have read both ways.

I break it into 3 doses.

9am: 15epi/400stano
230pm: 15epi/400stano
8pm: 15epi/200stano

My timetable is VERY full, but quite consistent. So, I usually hit these times within 30min +/-.

Woke up feeling a little different today. Generally feeling just awesome.

Muscles feel full after yesterday's Bro Day.

Weighed in this morning at 226.2, BUT I look just a little leaner than I have been. I have definitely been noticing a little more tightness and fullness in the mornings, but today even my gf commented on how lean I was looking.

If this week goes smooth with no major issues to report, I may bump the Epi right to 60. I have enough in the bottles I have to run 60epi/1000-1200stano for the duration. Let's have some fun :D

Keep your diet in check, and don't splurge to much and a lean 12lbs is in sight for sure!

Feeling really feisty today. The last few days, I have felt the surge culminating inside and slowly seeping toward the surface...NOT TODAY...that ON feeling is right out front!

I slept 8hrs last night. That's usually 2 nights worth of sleep for me.

Today is the start of week 3.
Epi is going to 60. Stano to 1200.

I'm hitting a pump of Formeron every other day just to keep this that much drier. Will probably keep that same protocol through pct and 2 wks beyond the end of the serm.

Feeling like garbage today. I didn't sleep even a little last night. I had stomach cramps and diarrhea.

No training today or tomorrow, but I have 12hr shifts both days...fu*k!

Just took my last dose of the day today and I immediately broke into clamminess and sweats. Idk if it's just aggravating what's going on inside me, but tomorrow, I'm gonna dial it back to 45 on the Epi until this clears.

Just need to man up and get through this.
 
Two rest days in a row were much needed. I'm feeling a hell of a lot better. Diet was near nonexistent on Saturday. I was feeling better, but the stomach was still iffy. Yesterday, back on par. Went out to watch the USA game last night. What a game! That last goal with mere seconds left was absolutely uncalled for. I thought we had it, but alas, 2-2 against Portugal. Germany won't be as easy.


Gym in a bit. Time to get after it.

Sides:

Night sweats are getting crazy though. Sweat through two shirts last night.

Appetite is getting out of hand too. I eat, and I'm immediately hungry.

Workouts this week have been a little rough. All work got done at prescribed weights or higher, but I was still hurtin from last weekend's sickness and this week's lack of food intake.

I feel like I'm holding a lot of water these last 2-3 days.

Weight- 231.2 (+10lbs in 3 weeks)

Scaled back dosage of Epi to 45 and have Stano at 1200. 45 on Epi seems to be the sweet spot in terms of lethargy and overall feeling. May kick it up again at start of week 5...will assess.


Thoughts on dosage? Weight gain?
Seem pretty on par?
 
Looks good so far bro! I was debating bumping the Epi but after what you said, 45 seems like a good place to be. 10lbs in 3 weeks is solid... More time to gain. Ad if not, more time to solidify these gains. Win win either way
