alright first off i weight roughly 130 5'8" 21 years old. i have a very fast metabolism and i used to (3 years ago) run year round (7 miles a day) i started working out 2 to 3 months ago and have gotten up to 6 days a week working day1,4:chest/tri day 2,5: back/bi day3,6: shoulders, legs with 2 routines for each of the common days. i switch things up to keep things different.

im looking to put on more bulk, i have seen strength and muscle improvements but really want to throw on bulk. i take creatine and protein shake before the gym, and a protein shake after the gym. i also take mv daily. i eat healthy for the most part and eat a lot.

i was wondering what would be the best supplement for me to take to really start bulking up. ive been looking into things like jack3d and baccs but heard people say baccs dont do much

im not sure what my max bench is but i can do 6x12 at about 130 and ive 1rm 160 easily. but basically just want some guidance to maybe some additional supplements

basically your best bet is to eat a lot of whole foods, lean proteins, clean carbs, good fats (olive oil, fish oil, etc) and see how your body responds. you will most likely have to tweak your diet as you go along if yo usee yourself not putting on muscle or putting on too much fat.

With only 2-3 months of lifting under your belt, you should still be making some pretty decent, pardon the term, newbie gains. If not then you need to increase your caloric intake.
Adding BCAA's is always a good idea. They do more than you think.

the best thing that you can do is make sure your getting enough protein spread out over your day. ive read atleast 1g/lb of body weight and spread out with like 3-4 hours between protein intakes. if you weight 130 lbs, thats 130 grams, if you take it 4 times a day, take like 35 grams every 4 hours, depending on how long your day is. dont rely completely on protein powder though, make sure some of that is from good healthy meats.

sounds like you're working out too hard for your frame. you need to build a foundation before you try a more ambitious split like the one you're doing.

remember that you grow when you're not in the gym, and you may be on the verge of overtraining given your stats and only one day off per week. also, as far as supplements go, stick with multi vites, protein, creatine and carbs pre and post workout. it sounds like carbs are the only thing you're missing right now. i wouldn't bother with any other supplements until you hit 160.

good luck, and welcome to AM :)

bcaa's only do something if you're working out for an extended period of time (75 minutes or more), or don't have time to take your preworkout protein shake. notice that bcaa's are already in your protein shakes :)

Make a really good post-workout shake. Something on the lines of 50-60 grams of Whey,1/2 to 3/4 ground up oatmeal, 1 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of nuked peanut butter, and add some creatine and leucine into that.
