Excellent layout, Sinner! What he's also recommending there is to stick to 4 caps of 3-AD per day. No offense in using this next term in quotes, but "for your size", 4 caps will most definitely be plenty. Sometimes there is a limit as to how much one can take before the effects become either negated or harmful. Overdosing for your weight for a prolonged period of time also runs the risk of running out of the "over the counter" post cycle therapy arena. What we recommend for you is the 4 caps, and to follow it up with a PCT product such as our own Advanced PCT (aPCT) dosed at 3 caps/day for the length of the bottle.
A bit of personal experience to demonstrate for ya... I'm no small dude, and most know that. At 6'4" and a hair under 300lbs, my dosing for most things is slightly higher than the average person. For MassFX original, I dosed up to 6 instead of 4. For Hyperdrol, I've worked up to 12/day for a week to experiment, but found that 6-8 was my own sweet spot. For 3-AD, the recommended dose for me (as said by Matt Cahill, designer of the product), was to be 8 caps per day. Yes, 8!! Being expensive for me to run a cycle aside, I'm now on week 3 of my own 3-AD run. I started at 4 for the first 2 weeks and have bumped it up this week to 6. For me, I think that 6 is the sweet spot. At some point, I may run up to 8. But for now, the results that I'm seeing this early on at the "reduced" dosage for my size is very very impressive. No rep BS here either....I shoot straight from the hip when it comes to my own opinions.
If, in the future, you have some more experience with PHs and other supplements, come back and up-dose it and see how it feels. Chances are good that you'll do just fine with the 4-cap dosing!
Oh, and by the way...for a pre-workout drink, I'm diggin' Scivation's Xtend, but have also dabbled with Controlled Labs' PurplE WrAAth. A BCAA/EAA drink is great to keep you goin'. And with 3-AD, your stamina will be up already!!
