Hello. I've been lurking on the boards for a while now. I've read many great posts and landed on a stack I've been taking for a few months. I'm incredibly happy with my results so far. I'm 43 and have been working out for many years, but I recently returned from a long break and was initially looking to add strength and size. A few weeks ago I decided it was time to try to recomp a bit too. I've adjusted my diet and things have been going great there as well. I added the Ursa-Gel to my stack for this. I'm going to share my stack. Let me know if anyone has any thoughts on it or something you think I should try! I mainly wanted to thank everyone here, especially SNS Steve. This forum is a wonderful resource in a sea of horrible information about supplements on the internet.

Your stack looks really good and close to what I would do myself.

I use M-Test as part of my year round general health supplement regimen.

I can't take Creatine Monohydrate bc it bloats me and hurts my stomach, so I use our Creatine HCI.

My favorite stack I've ever ran was Anabolic Effect, Anabolic XT, Pepti-Plex, Recomp20, and Phosphatidic Acid XT. I want to run that again and add Prime XT and Alpha One to it. All of that doesn't need to be taken together, I just did so well off it the way I did run it, I want to try it with the others added to it.

With the primary goal being recomp, if you wanted to add anything to the stack, for me it would be one or more of the following:
Recomp20
Anabolic XT
Alpha One

I do use GlycoPhase as part of any recomp though. I don't do well off low carbs, so I keep my carbs moderate on a recomp and GlycoPhase helps me a lot to be able to get leaner while still taking in the carbs I need to feel better and have better workouts.

Awesome insight! Much appreciated. I hear you on the carbs. Its a tough balance trying not to feel depleted during a longer workout. I'll look into Glycophase. Cheers!

I try to limit my sugar intake, but I've realized over the years that low carb is not for me. It's great for people that feel good doing it, I'm just not one of those people. That's one reason I really like GlycoPhase, and another is it helps my stomach and my digestion.

Same here! I have really low energy on low carb and workouts aren't great. Gotta have my carbs :)

As for pre post or intra workout just get some EAAs
