Hello. I've been lurking on the boards for a while now. I've read many great posts and landed on a stack I've been taking for a few months. I'm incredibly happy with my results so far. I'm 43 and have been working out for many years, but I recently returned from a long break and was initially looking to add strength and size. A few weeks ago I decided it was time to try to recomp a bit too. I've adjusted my diet and things have been going great there as well. I added the Ursa-Gel to my stack for this. I'm going to share my stack. Let me know if anyone has any thoughts on it or something you think I should try! I mainly wanted to thank everyone here, especially SNS Steve. This forum is a wonderful resource in a sea of horrible information about supplements on the internet.
