Lol I don't take offense when I know I'm bad at something.. I haven't put in the effort for the class outside of school for the amount I'm struggling. My professor isn't the greatest and my high school calc teacher was horrible as well. But I can't blame them for me not trying my hardest lol
 
I got a decent push session in tonight. I couldn't go as heavy as id like since I didn't have a spotter. I had a good deal of joint pain and discomfort on bench press. I'm hoping the Ghar1ne will help this.

I'll be checking BP tonight to see if it could be the culprit for breathing, anxiety, or sleep issues.

One of the pros of being married I have a perma plate monkey/ spotter lol Im interested to see the ghar1ne at work it takes awhile I thought though ?

I've thought about asking my girlfriend to spot me but I don't know if she'd be much help!! Lol

It will take a while I'm sure, but I've always had joint issues so a few months is nothing compared to the 8 years I've had problems! Lol

It took me about a year to trust her lol had to show her every lift and how to spot me on it good investment though ! I've never had joint issues too bad besides my knee from old football problems and even that only hurts on leg extensions. I've heard the wet aas help with joints a lot maybe next time give em a go.
 
Okay so about 45 minutes post workout, my pulse average was 150 and average BP was 138/86.

I will take it again after an hour of relaxing. If either my BP is high or my pulse is still high I'll take an Atenolol.

In the morning I will take a Bronkaid, I forgot I had some leftover. And I will get a 24 hour allergy pill and see if maybe it's just allergies.
 
I took my BP two more times and once was normal, the other was way high.

I went ahead and took an Atenolol. It's good for blood pressure, racing heart, and anxiety so hopefully this will help. I just need to get it in my head to relax and that me stressing about not being able to sleep is what causes me the horrible anxiety and bad breathing.
 
Insomnia is terrible, one of those compounding things where you can't sleep and the harder you try, the less you can get to sleep. If you're like me you're thinking oh now I'm not going to gain lol.

I've been using some Valerian root - I never used to believe in that natty stuff but it chills me out pretty good. I just have to take it and be in bed reading or something, TV or browsing forums/cycles keeps my mind too alert. It doesn't keep me asleep though and I still wake up two or thee times in the night.

I can't remember the last time I slept eight hours through so I feel your pain man :(
 
Sounds like you smoke a j after the gym man lol its all in your head ! On a serious note your brain is most likely 90% of the problem

I take melatonin and benadryl on a regular basis and when it doesn't help anymore I switch to Valerian root for awhile and then back to melatonin and benadryl. I sleep about six hours or so solid sleep though.
 
Valerian keeps me up late worse than normal most of the time I've tried it. most sleep aids do the opposite for me.

I need something that calms my thinking down. I think I'll get some good quality Ashwaghanda to try again.

The sleeps has always been bad, but just recently it's been me waking up in a panic/anxiety attack and feeling like I can't breath, which freaks me out even more. It started the third night I took this sleep product when I woke up and had the horrible anxiety attack. I no longer take it but that night has had me scared to sleep ever since lol

Weed gives me anxiety lmao I'm helpless guys.

While I am up in the middle of the night now, it's the first time I actually had to get up and do something longer than pee or get a drink.

I just can't fall back asleep, it's like I'm wide awake in the middle of the night when I wake up.

What do you do right before bed? Try reading (something not school related) a bit every night before bed. That helps me when I am having issues.
 
I have yet to try NyQuil, it may be worth a shot. I have been wanting a good book to read, I'll take any suggestions! I normally just watch tv in the living room before bed.

After staying up for about 20 minutes last night and eating a whole bunch because I was starving, I slept great. I woke up a couple times but it was easy to go back to sleep and I felt like I had just woken from a deep sleep each time.

I remember having one dream, but I forgot what happened. When I woke up in the morning I was craving donuts so I went and got some straight out of bed, so I had decent energy when waking.

I got an awesome pump today on back and bis with four caps of Hydro3. Mr Hyde had me feeling a little over stimmed today it felt like. My forearms get so pumped during lat pulldowns that it makes it hard to get higher reps, even with my thumbs on the same side as my other fingers, if that makes sense. Lol

Okay so I am hoping Tren gets here tomorrow.. I have a Test Cyp shot tonight and it will only be 250mg. I'll drop Test down to 500mg a week the first week or so of Tren then maybe lower it as I raise the Tren?

What are your guys thoughts on this? 500mg Test and 300mg Tren is what I'm thinking so far, or should I lower Test a little more?

I think I have a bottle of it around here somewhere. I tried it before when I just wanted help falling asleep and it didn't really do anything, I'll try and find it and see if it helps.

Yeah worth another shot. For a "larger" dose, try 200mg or so like 45-1hr before bed. Emptyish stomach helps. You can take it along with anything else.
 
I just ordered some phenibut. Heard it helps but apparently is addictive as hell. Guess we'll see !

yeah ive had a few things with some thrown in there. stuffs potent and awesome. knocks me right out. everyones different tho ya know?
 
Phenibut has kept me asleep straight through the night every time I've taken it. It doesn't really make me tired though. I wonder if it's really that addictive, if you go from 2g a day to nothing, like a lot of stuff you're going to have withdraws.

I'm still a little scared to dose it regularly myself though lol
 
Sleep last night was a little better. I went to bed at 3am and was awake by about 4 and I stayed up until 5 or so and then slept until 9:30. The sleep from 5-9:30 was basically uninterrupted, I woke up a couple more times but fell back asleep easier. There was little to no anxiety last night when waking or falling asleep.

I took Kratom last night and went to a movie, about 1/3 of the way into the movie I noticed a huge decrease in anxious and stressed feeling and I could actually relax.

I've been having trouble with a dry mouth through out the day the past couple of days. I'm not sure if it's the Ghar1ne or something else, because I don't think I've seen anyone else mention that.

I just took an hour and a half nap, which was 45 minutes longer than I planned. I had two alarms set. I woke up for each one but it felt like I had been asleep for days and was in a coma. I'm surprised I got up for good at all lol
 
75mg of Tren into the left quad tonight ��  I will be doing Caber at .25mg e4d to start. I'm dropping test down to 500mg a week and Adex to .5mg e3d. Ghar1ne will stay at one cap for at least a week or two, and if I don't notice much by then I'll raise it to two caps.

I haven't weighed myself in the morning lately, but I weighed 219 pounds an hour ago. I will try and post pre Tren pictures tomorrow in the same poses as my starting pictures.
 
I feel like I've gained a bit of fat these past few days, but we should see how much in the progress pictures. I've been giving into my hunger a lot, especially the middle of the night. I'm going to try and clean up my diet on the Tren.

The anxiety only hits when I know it's about time to go to bed, I drank two beers and it seemed to help a little but that can't be an every night thing of course. I'll look for the 5 htp and try that tonight.

When I woke up this morning both hands were asleep and tingling. It's hard to attribute this to Ghar1ne, because of my nerve issues. The nerve problem causes my hands to fall asleep and tingle very easily. But, that has gotten a lot better lately, so who knows.

Despite the lack of sleep after about 20 minutes of being awake I still feel like I got a normal nights rest.

But Tren loves food so much. Tren plus ghar1ne equals food destruction.
I say I'll clean up my diet, but in my heart I know it will be very unlikely lol

That definitely sounds like some mk kicking around in your system. Weird that it's so soon though. I like the honesty with the diet lawl I'm supposed to be low carb tomorrow and the damn fall festival is starting tomorrow... I also tried my 5-htp again took two pills and it knocked me down hard so give it a shot man ! Then again I am but mortal you got some alien sleep **** going on lol
 
Well I got a couple more bottles of Ghar1ne and Cardar1ne on the way just because the sale was so good. I figured I could just sell them later on when people are desperate for them if I don't enjoy them.

The first pictures were right after a back day I think, and these new ones I haven't worked upper body in like 2 days, so I don't have a dress pump like the first ones.
