first PH(halotest) cycle, advice please

ok, so thanks in advance for advice.

I am 30 years old, 242lbs, @19% body fat

I am starting the cycle assist for this cycle in the middle of dec.

Weeks 1, 2
am cycle assist 3x
pm cycle assist 3x

Weeks 2,3,4,5 75/100/100/100
Am halotest 50
Noon cycle assist 3x
Pm halotest 25/50/50/50
Night cycle assist 3x

Weeks 6,7,8,9
Am powerlabs post cycle
Night tamofixen citrate (nolva) 26/26/13/13 (i heard with the liquid solutiom you need to add 30%)

I will be doing crossfit 5x a week as well as cardio 5x a week.

Really im doing the cycle to put some muscle on, i was gong to do a cutting cycle over the summer assuming this one goes well. Any suggestions for that one would be more than welcome as well
 
In my humble opinion you should cut down first, then look into a prohormone cycle. If you lose some weight and drop done bf percentage points any gains you get from a prohormone cycle will be way more noticable. Just my thoughts...
