Please help with First PH cycle. Trenazone for 4 weeks.

Hey whats up everyone. Im new to forums in general so please cut me some slack.
I'm planning on starting a 4 week cycle on trenazone. I'm only going to take the regular dose (8 sprays or 75mg) for 4 weeks.
This is my first PH cycle, so what would you recommend for a PCT?
People keep saying serms, but from what i have read they are only available by prescription..
How would, Redefine Nutrition Revolution PCT Black work for me? I've only seen few reviews from it but they were all good.
Let me know if i should be ok with this, all help is appreciated. If you have any recommendations for PCT's that i can get without prescription, please post them.

A little about me:
Height: 6'5''
Weight: 155
BF%: 6%
Work out 5 days a week
Supps im currently taking: Whey and Creatine

1st, you are 6'5 155, you need food. thats it. next, trenazone isnt ideal for a 1st time PH user. last, before you do use a PH research and read about them, jumping into these kind of things blind is a bad idea (having no knowledge of what your doing).
your sole pct product is a horrible choice.

x2. How old are you? I would imagine you're not 25+ (which is about the right age to start taking PHs).

Yeah, and u CAN get SERMs without prescription. It's called research chemicals. Regardless, I'm sure u could gain at least 10 or 15lbs on ur own anyways before considering a nut-crunching Tren product. And when u do get large enough for a PH, go for Helladrol or H-drol at 50mg/day for 4-5 weeks.

Just logistically -- an 6'5" 155 lbs what do you think a PH is even going to do? It's not going to magically add muscle, you still need to lift. The problem is that you physiologically don't have the muscle base to get anything out of it. Your bench might go from 95 lbs to 120 lbs... not going to do much.

Yeah I'm not just jumping into this, I have been doing research for the past 2 months on prohormones. As for all of you that say eating will gain me weight, your very much wrong. As of the past 3 months I have been sitting at this weight, while eating about 4,500 calories a day and about 200 grams of protein. I have a crazy fast metabolism, which does not allow me to gain any weight. I'm lucky to keep on the weight I have now. But back to my original question, what should I do for a pct? Trenazone by itself, taken at regular dosage should not pose many threats with the proper pct set up. Also @the dark half, no I am not 25 I'm 22.

@gymrat: I have done plenty of research on the product, where I am confused is the proper pct. Do you have any recommendations?

#1 You are very much wrong about eating wrong

#2 Post your diet, we can help

#3 If you dont gain on 4500 cals up to 5000, if that doesnt work up to 5500 and so forth

#4 If you cannot gain weight without a steroid what makes you think that you will gain weight with a steroid? you wont

#5 dont expect help with pct because no one here believes you need to be running a steroid for a long long time

Your saying you cannot gain weight on what is probably double your maintenance cals? That seems bizarre tbh. As Darsh said post your diet up.

If you are 6'5 and 155 pounds you have some serious room for natural gains mate.

How many grams of carbs and fat do you eat a day? Every day on average, not what you ate the most at some days.

You might be over estimating what you are eating on daily basis. You might eat that much on couple of days but not on daily basis. It happens all the time, nothing against you.

If you gain 15lbs on PH cycle, you are not eating enough to maintain it. What that means is that after the cycle, your body will need more calories than you are currently eating to maintain the new weight. If you cannot increase your meals today, then your body will drop the extra weight based on your metabolism and calories.

I'm sure you will cycle anyway, so good luck. Just keep your expectations realistic. Adding 10lbs from a cycle on 6'5 155lbs will not show much.

yeah, at that weight, if your body truly is fast enough to break even with 4500 calories...then 4500 calories should be relatively easy for you to accomplish daily. And in that case, I'd just say up your calories to 5500/day and watch yourself gain weight. But...I can tell what is really going on here. You've given all the info I need to prove my point too. It's called BMR, or Basal Metabolic Rate. And I can figure in the most AGGRESSIVE multiplier for you (which would be comparable to a cross-country or marathon runner that trains every day and burns a crap ton of calories) and your maintenance calories would come out to: BMR = 1860 X the highest multiplier of 1.9 and you get a maintenance level ~ 3534kcals/day would break even for you (give or take a few calories).

Fact is, you are no different than anyone else. If you were really eating 4500 calories/day you'd be gaining about 2lbs/week. And that's if you were burning 1000+ calories per day with exercise.

You can easily hit this mark on your total caloric intake by adding in a few PB&J's to your diet, as well as 12-16oz of red meats, loaded baked potatoes, and a weight gainer shake of at least 600 calories/drink.

Yeah, I think I might just go pick up some weight gainer instead of a ph for the moment. I'll take that along with my Whey and creatine. Thanks for the help everyone I appreciate it.

Ps @ fueled passion: Yeah I have been a runner all my life and only started lifting recently.

youll get alot farther by getting your diet in check then by just adding in a random weight gainer shake here and there

There is the problem there. Give lifting a chance before you start throwing extra hormones into it.
