First PH cycle. Cynostane

Hi all,

I am a 23 year old male who has been weight training for 5 years. My diet has evolved over this period and I feel I eat relatively clean most days, I do have 1 or 2 cheat meals most weeks. I don’t really drink much alcohol but I may binge once in a while. I am put off alcohol due to the horrible hangovers I endure the following 2 days!

I am currently stripping the body fat before my holidays in 2 weeks and according to a body stat test ( one of them systems which fires an electric current round your body) i weigh about 75 kg with 7% body fat (I would say I am more around 9-10%) I am 5 ft 9inches tall.

My current diet is relatively low carb ,high protein and relatively high fat

Carbs = 70-80 grams
Protein = 210-230 grams
Fats = 120-130 grams

Calories intake is roughly 2300


My goal is to strip some more body fat after my holiday then start to build lean muscle. I know you cannot lose fat and build muscle at the same time so i am going to hopefully build muscle onto a lean frame.

Anyway..... I believe I’ve bored you with enough detail!

I was wondering if the below Cycle looks good, can anybody confirm or critiscie please.

Shall i take the Cynostane at the dosage stated on the packaging and for 4 weeks?

Cycle support - i will be using Anabolic Innovations Cycle Support one in the morning and one in the evening

PCT - I have been advised to use the following:
Reversitol v1 (Estrogen blocker)
Activate Xtreme (Test. booster)
Lean Xtreme (Cortisol blocker)

I will run the PCT for 4 weeks after my cycle and will use the dosage stated on the labels of the packaging (Would this be ok?)

In regards to my diet i may add an extra 100 grams of carbs whilst lowering the fat intake would this be advisable?

Sorry for the length of this post i just want to make sure i am doing this correctly.

IM told cyno is very weak and after the cycle you may find its been a waste of money
THERE are some good non hormonal stacks out there -just research along those lines Stripping off fat can give you a muscular look at the weight you are.

I've never ran cyno but just about everyone on the board hates it. Its more of a stacking item from what I've read. I agree with corsaking, do some research. You might find something non-hormonal which works better for you.

In regards to your diet, If you do decide to do the cycle: you should definitely add more carbs and lower the fat. Another 40 grams of protein wouldn't hurt either, but your body weight and protein intake looks about right. I believe the correct amount is 1LBS:1.5 grams of protein, but a lot of people up that when on cycle.

Also, boost those calories up a little bit. You might not think so but you will need it.
 
I wouldnt waste your time on cyno... ebay it and get some Hdrol or helladrol... or epi...
 
Kick alcohol all together on cycle too. I meant to post that earlier, just forgot. I'm pretty new to PH's also, but through this board and other research I have aquired a ton of knowledge. If you smoke or plan to, don't do that either.

This! Cyno was crap for me. No noticeable gains, but at least not much in the way of sides either. P-Mag is far superior and made me feel great. Don't neglect organ health/cycle support. I like and am currently using Liver Assist XT but Cycle Assist is another great option.
 
Thankyou for all the replies.

I searched reviews on the net and everything was positive about this but I may have been looking in the wrong places. The reason I was so inclined to try this was due to the "low sides"

What are peoples thoughts about s first PH cycle then.... What products would be best for minimal sides but maximum gains.

I did my first PH cycle all wrong. Didn't know what I got myself into, so you are a step ahead asking for help and researching. But like Stangbanger said, Epi or Halodrol are normally the first options. Some people might also say SD. From what I know these are all pretty mild compounds. People love all 3, especially Epi (Epidrol,epistane, havoc). I'm about to run a cycle of it myself. Look through the anabolic section of the forums some more for some more research. There are many threads about compounds that will probably help you out a lot.

Before you start your cycle, take cycle assist prior, during, and with your PCT.

And you might want to really sit down and write a good diet, counting calories along with carbs, fat, and of course, protein. There are plenty of people on here that would be more than happy to help you with any questions you may have.
