first havoc cycle

Id say it had. Big strength increase, faster recovery time and more defined. Ill weigh myself tomorrow to see my final numbers but im still expecting to around the 10 pound mark which is exactly what I wanted.

My back workout was pretty effective bc my biceps were sore like I worked them out directly.

Woke up at 335.7 pounds which is 10 pounds up from beginning

Starting finished
Bench 305. 335
Dl 405. 470
Squat 475. 500 (didnt perfrom in a month due to hip)

Ill try to post pictures later. Overall in the beginning I was feeling irritated bc it wasnt kicking in, but towards the end havoc came full speed ahead. Im happy with my strength numbers as now I can do 3/4 reps of 315 which was important to me. No real sides effects besides on day of shin pumps when I ran a 5k. Slight puffy nipples and sensitive but I think that is jist due to the hormone inbalance bc they never got worse. Id def do this again, my next cycle I might look for something a little stronger but thats to be determined. Ill keep calories at 3600 through pct and training the same. Hopefully I can keep as much strength as possible.

Was going to dl but I forgot my shoes while running out the door and I havent done dl before in socks.

335 for 2 is a new PR and I know I could have gotten 340 bc 345 i barely failed. Had to have help at sticking point then powered the rest of the way.

Db bench when setting up and laying down the 115 db came down and hit my square in the nipple.. MF!!! it hurt first time that **** has happened.
 
After n before

I see a little more ab cut little wider lats and small chest development. Im satisfied more so bc of the strength increase.

Almost. Week into my pct. Strength is staying roughly the same. Still can get 315 for 3/4 times. I havent gotten a preworkout yet so I think that might hinder some other strength areas loke deadlift. I got 460. But everything is moving smoothly and my nipples seem to be less puffy at times. Hurt still a little when pressed on. When I got off my pct ill stay maintenance maybe decrease calories by 100/200 hundred to help get rid of gained belly fat

Strength felt good, disappointed in my back cramp. Taking volt preworkout hit pretty hard of course thats being 2 months without any stim. Pump was crazy
 
Is that volt made by gonutrition? Any good? I was looking into getting some!
 
Nah its by neon sport, just a gnc product I didnt feel like waiting to order anything online.. I personally like it gives a little jittery and focus is average. I zone out for like 5 min during the drive to the gym ha.. thats a good thing bc my wife is usually talking at me.

Wendsday will be 2 weeks into pct. Everything seems to b going well. My nips are becoming less puffy. Strength is still there maybe slightly down.. I hit 315 3 sets of 4 last night(got complemented that my lifts were very clean). I am weighing in at 233.9 a less less than when I ended pct but it could to slight glycogen loss. Still feel full and solid.
 
How are you feeling emotionally? I'm curious because I have been feeling great on cycle and I'm worried I might feel depressed or crappy on pct.

I have been feeling fine. Normal self. Agreesive in the gym and when the pump hits I want to work harder and push the limits. I think ull be ok swoll, just stay focus and push yourself no slacking. It keeps the motivation
