First H-drol Cycle

I plan to do 4 weeks @ 25/25/50/50 with milk thistle during

I am looking for recommendations for the pct

I have nolvadex right now, and I am looking into whether or not I will need anything else for a relatively short, light cycle.

Any suggestions would be great.

Another question... how much milk thistle would anyone recommend? I was thinking 3000mg/day while on the cycle.
 
In my opinion, anything less than a full 6 weekson H-Drol is a waste of money and time.And like the man above said, 25 is a waste as well. 50/50/75/75/75/75 (maybe 100 in the last week if you have the pills)

No Mile Thistle is needed. You need to run Cycle Assist. It has thistle in it as well as the other important compunds to protect your liver. Do a little more research before you start the cycle. You're misinformed on both H-drol and the supps you need to run with it.
 
Definitely run it 50/50/50/75/75 or 50/50/75/75/75/75 for first cycle. Only using 25 will do nothing.
 
Okay, so if I run 50/50/50/50/50 along with the cycle assist then do 40/20/20/10 nolva with pct assist for the 4 weeks post cycle I should be good? That seems consistent with several different threads.
 
I'm 170 lbs and 5-6. I'm thinking cycle assist and I'm not recommending pct assist cuz I use PCT revolution along with extra MT. On cycle I add hawthorn berry, fish, flax dry A and D, cranberry, and some other natural test boosters.....well, those herbals are year round.

Lots of water, and good, clean food. 1 cheat day a week for some nasty fat wont kill ya, OCB is my friend.
