2 weeks into PCT.
My weight has been stable at around 256.4. Strength levels are the same. I was pretty overtrained on cycle so I took 7 days off from the gym.
I've leaned out a bit PCT. Muscle size is stable. My waist has dropped about an inch in the last 3 weeks.
I'm taking PCT assist, Leviathan Reloaded, and Reversitol.
I'm also on DCP and eviscerate. Good stuff for the fat burning effort. I've been fairly loose on the diet to help with the recovery and I'm still leaning out.
Numbers of note: Benched 355 for 2 (clean and a 3rd very ugly. Up from 305 for 3~4) for the first time this week. Shrugging 595 for 4 (up but not much.) Deads are up around 50lbs at the 5 rep range.
I'd guesstimate that I dropped 2% BF from the start of the cycle. That puts my total muscle mass gain at around 10 lbs. 6 weeks at 50/50/75/75/75/75
