First epistane cycle help!

Hello - so IM gonna do my first PH cycle and would like some feedback - what should I add/change?;)

Week 1-5 Organ shield + MSM/Glucosamine+5mg taurine

Week 1-5 Havoc 20mg/30mg/30mg/30mg/40mg
Week 1-5 Cycle Assist
Week 2-5 Antaeus Labs Talos

Week 6- 12 Pes Erase Pro and DS lean Xtreme and then stack it with Active Xtreme
Week 8 Starting on Anabeta Elite

Is this fine or do I need to add something like Triazole or Nolvadren XT? Or will I be fine with this;)`?
 
SERM and AI are highly recommended for pct not only to keep your gains but also to keep off rebound gyno

Also, I have seen people say 40mg Epi is the sweet spot so if I were you, I would up the Epi dosage to 40 at week 2 or 3 all the way till week 5
 
Well I thougt that Erase pro was a kinda serm?;p - Im not able to get hands on nolva or clomid, so which SERM and AI could you recommend?
 
Also can I run this cycle or will it be dangerous? Else what if I added triazole or nolvdren XT? will those act as a serm
 
No. Serm = serm. Anything other than a serm isnt a serm.
 
Well there are some sponsor companies of this forum that carries rc nolva, Clomid. Look them up. I have heard people getting good results
 
You can get good companies located in eu by researching. Then you can decide which one is good for you. And by researching I don't mean just in this forum. There are other forums as well
 
What if I do a Pulse cycle?
week 1 20mg 4 days
Week 2 30 mg 4 days
week 3 off
Week 4 30mg 4 days
Week 5 40 mg for days

Then Test booster and cycle assist + talos on offdays?

Week 6- 12 Pes Erase Pro and DS lean Xtreme and then stack it with Active Xtreme
Week 8 Starting on Anabeta Elite

How will this be if I cant get my hands on a serm?
 
Just from my experience, pulse cycles are really inefficient. Do Epi at 30/40/40/40, gains are pretty much finished by fourth week and lethargy/dry joints can get pretty bad; also shorter cycle will help you recover faster. Run a SERM absolutely for PCT, and maybe just one other test booster (I prefer D.Aspartic Acid). Your support looks good. Make sure you drink plenty of water and are logging your food/workouts.

Don't pulse. Just run a straight cycle.
