Those are a good change of.pace! I usually do those on tricep day, as I feel palms in puts more pressure on my tri's...

Today was back day, and it was awesome... ill update tom w my numbers and androlean feelings...
 
Warmed up feeling. Kinda felt flush most of the pm, especially right after my shower, as all the blood was brought to the skin from hot water. Just overall have felt warm. Last night I awoke with the night sweats at 2am and had to throw the covers off. This of course is largely attributed to test, but there is a hormonal spike going on right now from the lean, as I have not felt this way the last 11 weeks...

Interesting bro. Thank you for the feedback and ill be on the look out for those effects when I use mine.

Kept my abs tense/flexed throughout the nights workout and since they were taxed, I skipped them...

had a nother crazy pump last night...Workout was bad azz and I truly felt wipped out from the heavy weights. In a good way, like I really taxed my body. Body temp was still up, but the sweating has not been as bad lately. I also tried something different yest with my dosing of lean, I delayed my last dose of the day to 45 min pre workout and unless it was a placebo effect, I really felt more of an energy surge. I will try this dosing tech. thurs for biceps/traps and see if its all in my head or a solid fact... Diet yest was bit off, went to an italian food place and ate a bit much and drank 3 beers w dinner :oops:. It was a splurge meal I guess, so today Ill drop carbs and ill do intense cardio session tom night. it ll be like it never happened... :haha:
Tonight is a much needed rest day, then back at it thurs...

any oral anabolic id dose 1hr prewo, peak blood levels will/should result in a better workout

the dosing scheme provided by primordial is odd, i get the 'science', but id stick to an even daily distribution to keep blood levels nice......2x3 even would be solid

Today Im going to dose 3, 45min pre workout and will see if Im crazy or indeed on to something, as you have suggested. I like your idea of 2x3, but might hold off till weekend to try this, as I dont want the thermogenic properties to Fock with my sleep!!!

The AL is not giving me that energy. I tried taking it without any caffeine. I take my second dose 1hour pre like u. Might have to take it with 200mg of caffeine.

Its not really designed for energy, more of a thermogenic thing. Throw it the caffeine and You ll prob sweat a bucket! I made the mistake of using ECA on leg day last week and I left a puddle of sweat everywhere. Plus I felt like I was gonna have a heart attack! I throw in a bit of caffeine before workouts at the end of the week, and it helps. Try it out and see what you think...
Oh and remember, Im on test, so my results and experiences with Lean is not going to be identical to those who are running it solo...

Look into the HEAT/Amp stack for some epic sweating.

test is best.....im might give the androhard a go with test, 12wks of both, n kick it with some pink thais

its why im interested in your log as many are, the andro stuff isnt cheap, but qc as well as effects are important to me

My next go of test, October, I might run androhard or mass as a kicker and finish w lean, depending on my final experience, as well how others fair. I really like the idea of the androseries .and how it doesnt eat a hole in the liver! Methylated oral are brutal!

U right...Yea ill add 200mg of caffeine preworkout...omg i can imagine. I sweat alot regardless bcause i dont rest much.

agreed......on top of all the hdl and mood issues with methyls, its a welcome change of pace, and im sure the price will drop sooner than later

Did you dose that ECA with the AL? I ask because I am interested in increased effects from the ECA due to the AL?

I dosed Androlean at 900am, then ECA at 10am, worked out at 1020ish... the sweat didn't bother me but the increased heart rate was almost intolerable... felt like i couldnt breath

Interesting how versed are you with the ECA stack? Would like to see you maybe lower the ECA dose and let us know if you get the same past effects as you did with the higher dose. This is all dependent on dosing it with AndroLean.

Right?


Ephedrine and Yohimbine are both senstive to MAOIs ( along with a bunch of other compounds/herbs).

Right?


SO, wouldn't it be a terrible idea to take these together?

Sure, why not! I'll drop the dose in half on Friday night and will see what happens. Would do it today but eca ll keep me up till midnight if i dont take it by 2... I work out at 430, so tom ill dose it w lean and will hold on for the ride!!

Tonight was a solid workout, I dosed the lean 45 min before gym. Pump was nice again, my biceps were swollen. Energy surge wasnt as huge as tues, but I have a feeling it is due to me cutting calories on wed to make up for eating crappy on tues night.

I had my BF checked today, it was with those stupid hand held ones that are not that accurate, so dont know what to make of it. 12 weeks ago I was 11.5% on that stupid thing, today I was 13%. Dont see it being that high, could be though. Im thinking I let the mirror and you guys judge me from now on...
weights were solid and improved on a few lifts. Due to lazyness, Im not listing them today...Sorry:sleeping:

No, it does not use any MAOI action.

In fact, MAOI isn't really involved with steroid hormones.

Maybe.

I've been hesitant to advise stimulants while using androlean or any of the androseries. But it seems our stance is that it should be fine. I've seen Matt say it's fine as well.

Well since i started on mon with the AL i didnt take any pre workout besides Creatine Nitrate and felt sluggish not the energy i usually have. Yesterday i decided to dose AL 45min pre with 200mg of caffeine and the CN 30min pre and i felt good on that dosing scheme. Will continue to do it that way.

Yea the AL alone wasnt enough. half of dose should do u better. Going by mirror is always best. I weigh myself just to see the difference but mirror does more justice..
 
Tonights lift was intense! Dosed Lean 45 min pre workout, I skipped the ephedra, but used 160 mgs of caffine and my usual BCAA/Creatine/1 serving whey mix. I sipped on it throughout workout like usual. The pump tonight was freakin painfull, when I was doing cardio after, I could barely keep my arms bent while running! Lifts were all improved from last few weeks! So far, Lean + Test is making me happy! Next few weeks shall be telling to see what occurs...I think tom, Ill throw in half an ephedra pill and ll see what happens. I work out early enough in the day that my sleep wont be fubared...

if you used the calipers to measure your BF. it is pretty accurate.

you should always measure at the same time of the day as the first measurement, dont measure right after a meal or any intake in fluid.

if you eat or drink wait a good 1 1/2 before measuring.

always check fat on your right side of the body. they are fairly accurate

Calipers can usually within 3%, which is about as good as it gets without a DEXA, BodPod, etc. Use the 7-point method instead of the 3 or 5.

I don't beleive caffeine, ephedrine, or yohimbine are known to be effected by grapefruit.

Pretty sure caffeine is, though. I haven't looked at information lately but remember drinking grapefruit juice while taking REDuction shots and knowing that caffeine affects would be extended.

It was supposed to be all legs today, but after struggling through squats, I re evaluated my attack plan. My cns is pretty beat up from the intense workouts last week and rather than risk injury because of crap form, I did a high rep maintenance routine. Little bit of everything....
the eca stack at half a dose was not as bad as last week and I did feel more of a thermogenic effect from the mix of lean and eca. I also felt like a meth head during gym and for 5 hours following. I freaking cleaned the whole house cause i couldn't sit still... looks wise im not seeing huge progress, but I know 2 more weeks of the intense type sessions ive been doing is gonna show. I mean the majority of my lifts have either gone up in lbs or up in reps. As of now, I really don't have anything bad to say about the lean, I'm not totally convinced, but am patient and sure 2 weeks I will be convinced.

i know i used an eca stack a while ago, it had 300mg caff on top of the eph alk....fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck that was intense.....yellow thunder
