Do yourself a favor and avoid anything you read on Reddit LOL, and I was talking about sprinters not long distance runners, long distance runners have skinny little string bean legs but short distance sprinters usually have big quads and they kind of have that look that yours have when you see a Natty sprinter with good legs.
I know we see people say a lot start with a lower dose and see how you respond but it's not so much your response to the drugs for muscle growth we're looking for it's how you respond to side effects. Maybe at 300 mg everything's going to go nice and smooth your estrogen levels will be fine you'll feel good etc but at 500 mg you get acne, high estrogen, sensitivity, Moody ect. If you started straight at 500 you never would have known what dose is going to be good for you that you would have that normalcy where you don't need an AI or some master on or something like that to combat the estrogen. I'm just kind of rambling right now but I think you get my point. If you start at 300 mg it's going to be a solid 6 weeks anyways before you really know what's going on with the drugs.
Anytime someone tells me what's a good dose to start their first cycle I usually just say 300 mg because it seems to be enough drugs to grow on but a low enough dose to avoid all the side effects. It's the perfect get your feet wet cycle, you're not going to notice explosive gains but you really won't notice explosive gains on anything except for harsh orals and it's mostly just water weight anyway.
300 mg for somewhere between 12 and however many weeks you wanna go, somewhere around 8 to 10 weeks you should notice that your 10 to 12 pounds heavier and significantly stronger on a lot of your lifts but it'll happen so gradually for most people that they don't even realize it until they look back at the numbers it's always good to keep a log book for this reason. I mean don't get me wrong the drugs are working from the first week that you take them but a lot of people have a misconception that you take steroids and all the sudden you're going to look like a bodybuilder and it does not happen that way unless you're just one of these insane hyper responders and if you are you will notice it immediately. When you come across these guys who are hyper responders, one cycle and they look like they've been juicing for a couple of years
