A lot of cardio, high protein and medium to high fats with very, very little carbs ( no more than 5 g per meal ). Diet on a cut is way more important than anything taken in a cycle, so it might be a waste to run a cycle when cutting being most of the good cutters are now banned.
At 19 years of age, i would be very careful messing with your hpta ( being that your testosterone levels are at their peak right now ), it will never be the same after you start running ph's or ds's , just my 2 cents worth.
Hard work, dedication and diet will get you farther than any cycle will at your age!
