first cycle

What's up, I'm new here and yada yada yada.
I'm 29 6'1 174lbs roughly 9% bf. I'm running my first cycle
I went with epi 2a3a by vita labs.
Dosage is for 5 weeks as follows 20/30/40/40/40
I took cycle assist a week prior to the beginning of my cycle and I'm just moving into the third week, which is the beginning of the 40mg doses. I'm also taking fish oil through out the cycle along with creation 5g/x2 a day. Maintanice cal is right under 3100 a day, I'm consuming 3-400 over a day consistantly along with 3 shakes a day avg 32g of whey isolate(not counting these calories). Also taking 50mg of dhea a day I encountered some lethargy and it was suggested to try, seems to work. I'm gonna run nolva and double dragon pct 350 for pct might need more? Anyway aside from any advise on the above information I had a question about the workout routine I'm running. Before that I'll give some BG info on my lifting. Total experience 3 years with the first two being calistetic s. Spent about 2yrs locked up so with the absense of weights I did about 500 push ups a day, with dips around 100 a day two to three times a week pull ups same frequency but around 50 per day. Lots of sit ups lots of body squats. Actual lifting is about a year, right now I'm working 6 days on 1 off. All my workouts are moderate to heavy weight for me meaning 8-15 reps to hit failure. Monday legs(squats,one leg leg press,lunges,seated leg curls,leg extensions and seated or standing calve raises) avg 4 sets around 10-15 reps. Tuesday back,shoulders and biceps.(pull ups 5 sets of 5 to warm up. Seated pull downs, standing pull downs strait arms, rear delt fly's, shoulder press dumbbells,up right rows with rope on a machine,dumbell rows,one arm pull downs on a nautilus machine,concentration curls dumb bells, preacher curls barbell and reverse preacher curls barbell) Wednesday chest and tries (incline,decline,flat bench press ether barbell or dumbbell I mix it up but do all 3, dumbbell fly's and dips, one arm tricep extensions, triceps push downs strait bar med grip, rope pull down machine, over head rope extensions and a 5 set drop set with tricep kick backs with dumb bells) Thur,Fri,sat repeat Sunday off. My question is this sufficient or to much? All of these workouts on the 3rd set I start strainging with the 4th set being difficult to finish. I get crazy pumps but no real soreness my friend I workout with is all natty but he can lift more then me, we run the same weights but he still gets sore and doms I don't. Should I continue this or try something new? I feel like I'm making gains strength wise cause the weight is going up each week. Just lookin for some feed back. Thanks in advanced.
 
I haven't heard about Double Dragon brand but if it is what label claims, it's OK for PCT. Taper it down to avoid possible estrogen rebound. I'd take it at 2/2/2/2/1. Of course you could buy a PCT product from trusted brand (check sponsors of this site) and/or throw in some DAA. Good protocol for Nolva is 20/20/10/10, there is no reason to take more.

I spent 3 years up the river using no weights.
Came out pretty lean and cut up.
But I wanted to add on some size, I went straight to compounds lifts, 5x5 and blew up nicely.
I always hit 2 compound lifts every session.
