I will be running my first cycle in 2 weeks. Any tips would be appreciated with it. First of a little bit about me, I have been lifting naturally since I was about 14 more serious lifting when I got to 17-20.
Age- 21
Height- 5’11
Body weight- 184lb
Body fat %- ~10%
Squat- 495lb x 1
Bench- 315lb x 5
Deadlift- 615lb x 1
I have always based my training around the big three with a few accessories, I follow a PPLPPLR routine where the first three PPL days I focus on SBD power with low reps and higher percentages with few accessories and the next three PPL I do hypertrophy training with higher sets and reps. I will be following this same routine during my cycle.
Diet is not an issue since I am at a place where I am forced to follow a schedule where I always eat three big meals a day, and I have plenty of bulking snacks I will be abusing throughout the day. I have been starting to get a spoonful of peanut butter then dip it in a container of nuts, and I will be drinking hella chocolate milk as well. Targeting hopefully ~4K calories during this cycle.
Week 1-12 Testosterone Enanth 300mg/week
Week 1-12 Arimidex starting .25mg/EOD, will adjust if needed but not expecting it to since I’m on a fairly low dose of test, I believe less = more.
Week 1-4 Turinabol (Tbol) 25mg/ED, might go 25/25/50/50 if it does me well
Week 6-12 Proviron 25mg/ED
I am running the Proviron simply because I like the benefits it can bring.
Week 14-18 Clomid 25/25/25/25
Week 14-18 Adex .5mg/week
I am unsure about this one, as I have read many things about this done recommending it some saying it is stupid to run an AI during PCT. My concern and reasoning for this would be to control any aromatising estrogen I have while I recover back to normal test production as I will not be running nolva, from what I saw and read clomid is just a superior compound during PCT and many people don’t recommend them being ran together. I am scared of estrogen rebound after PCT, I hope I can avoid it with my lay out.
I am looking for advice on it if there is anything I should add or anything I should adjust. Any and all advice is welcome, thank you everyone who replies to this.
