first cycle, pct advice please

Very soon I intend to start my first cycle,
First some stats

28 yrs old
6ft
165 lbs
Lifting for 4 1/2 yrs
Diet pretty clean, 5 meals/day

Cycle as follows,
Test cyp 500mg/wk. 250 mg Twice/wk for 10 weeks
D-bol 30-40 mg daily, split dosing throughout day. 4-6 weeks
A-dex .5 ed or eod depending on sides
My source says to run a-dex ten days after last pin, is this correct??

Also I have clomid and nolvadex for pct, I fear rebound gyno and want to know how I should dose them for proper pct. Or would aromasin be better? I hear a-dex cancels out nolvadex

Almost forgot I'm also running iron labs cycle support wks1-10
And finaflex pct revolution black
For 4 wks.

Pharma freak, test freak will be added during pct but I don't know when I should start that either... Thanks ahead of time for your time, just wanna do this cycle successfully and safely
 
At 6 ft 165 I don't think you should really be running a cycle because it's clear you don't have you diet/workout down but to each his own.

I wold run either Nolva or clomid for 6 weeks. 20/20/10/10/10/10 for nolva or 50/50/25/25/25/25 for clomid

I would also run reduce XT starting week 3 to combat rising cortisol levels.

Start your test boosters during week 1 of PCT.

A-dex doesn't cancel out nolva.

Question for you though sourd87 do you already have pct revolution black and test freak on hand? If not, check out AlphaMax. It is essentially an all in one product, that would replace both of those. It contains the Arimistane that PCT Revolution has and also contains full doses of testosterone boosting ingredients, such as 3,4 divanil.
 
I've been training for 6 years, started training at a 110 pound body weight. Didn't start my first AAS cycle until about 8 months ago at 200 pounds, and still I feel like I probably could've made gains without gear for another 5 years or more, but that wouldn't fit my goals for myself and bodybuilding.
Eat some food, bud. You don't need gear yet.
 
I will probably wait it out for awhile then... I just got a home gym setup so now I will be able to lift more often. I will work on my diet obviously... How much more than maintenance cals do you recommend? And what weight do you think I should run a cycle at??
 
Just concentrate on your diet and lifting for now. Just like my old college wrestling coach told us "If you want to be big like a bear, you have to eat like a bear".

I'm 6ft as well, and I once weighed 155lbs! I was tall and skinny as heck...Years of eating like a mad man and explosive gym sessions now has me at 195. You have plenty of room to put on some natural muscle mass. Personally, I would say put on 15-20lbs of muscle mass naturally before you decide to go the anabolic route. Putting on that kind of muscle will take some time of course but you'll be glad you did it.
 
Since I've started lifting I've put on 25-27 lbs... I used to weigh 137-140lb

So knowing that, when do you think would be an acceptable weight to cycle would be....? And what's the average shelf life of test c? Lol

The expire date should be on the box or vial

That stuff lasts years. I wouldn't worry about it.
