First cycle of halovar HELP

Hi everyone. First of all it's about time I created an account here and quit lingering as a guest. It's good to be here.

Stats -20 years old
- 135 pounds ( for the past three years)
-5'8

So basically I've been working out for about three years. I'm really cut but too skinny and i was told about using Halovar by Purus Labs. Also, the employer at Capitol Nutrition told me all I would need is the halovar itself and a liver support. So, i bought some Milk Thistle Liver Support on ebay.
I'm currently taking Kre-Alkalyn 1500 Creatine and CytoGainer protein. I'm also been taking fish oil supplements.

So each halovar pill is 25mg and based on my weight/size i was wondering how I should cycle this and if I should lay off my other supplemtns while taking halovar. I usually workout around 2-4 p.m. and eating 4-5 meals a day. Any help on my first cycle would be great. Thanks!

My advice take whatever your eating currently and double it. Do that for a few months while researching ph/ds cycles. Then reevaluate whether it's the right move. I wish I had the natural hormones of a 20yr old again...

Eat more food you will gain weight.

Ive been eating 3000 calories a day using a calorie counter and I've gained two pounds in two months ( remember im 135 pounds)

So you've been eating 3k cal the last two months and gaining a pound a month so far? From your first post it sounded like you had been stuck at 135 for 3yr.

What are you eating and how much of that 3k is cytogainer? sounds like you have a super fast metabolism. Just means you have to eat more like every food you see stuff your face with it.

What's your workout like? Are you doing like 3hrs of cardio a day or what?

As for taking the halovar do you only have one bottle?

I think there 60 cap bottles so that would be a 50/50/50/50 four week cycle. I would grab another bottle and and do 50/50/75/75/75/75 but it will depend on how you react to it. Take your support supps the whole cycle.

Then "research" some nolva or clomid for pct and an ai and a natty t booster.

Eat a ton and you should gain some weight.

ahhhh leave the PH alone, next eat 4500 cals and see what happens after 6wks. Use DC training or 5x5's to build strength. Next never list to the guy at the supp shop again if all he told you is that you need liver support with halo.

If you run the halo you need a all in one cycle support (n2gaurd, cycle assist, life support) & PCT, which should include a natural T booster, AI, serm. Hes an idiot who doesnt care about his customers if thats the advice hes giving when selling products like that.

Really man, stay away from a PH for a while longer, at least til your 21. 5'8 and 135, you have tons of natural potential for growth still. once you are 165lb and 21 I would start taking the PH.

Thanks jtracy for the helpful info and you too gymrat. I will be deciding in about two weeks if I actually want to go through with this and Im taking in everyones opinions so thanks!

Listen to everyone above. Please don't take it in two weeks. Increase your cals weekly, eat as much as possible from whole food sources. If you're eating 3,000 cals a day and not gaining weight then yes, you have a fast metabolism. I would aim for 4,000 to 4,500 and see how that treats you. Do that for 8 weeks. You're going to have new muscle that you have to learn how to hold on to. If you cycle the Halovar (IMO, you're too young to do it anyway. Use your natural hormone levels to your advantage at that age) you might gain some new mass with the Halovar, but if you don't know how to EAT FOR IT, then I'd be willing to bet you'd lose it all a few weeks after your cycle is over. Think...just b/c you have new muscle doesn't mean it's going to stay there. You have to EAT to MAINTAIN that new mass. New mass = more required calories to feed your muscles. And don't start the cycle after your 8 weeks with a TON of calories either. If you eat like a horse, and do the DC training mentioned above I can almost guarantee you're going to want to experiment with more natural supplements and keep the Halovar for the future. Trust me, waiting on the Halovar and gaining weight naturally first will pay off huge dividends 6 to 9 months down the road.

At your age/size you are prepared for some quick growth as people mentioned, but to grow you have to EAT. Even if you did the Halovar (DONT) any wt gain would be lost after your cycle if you do not continue eating enough calories or follow-up with a proper PCT, of which you do not have sufficient knowledge.

Keep learning via AM and you can learn about training, nutrition, and supps. Many people research and read logs for a long time before they feel that they are competent in running a solid cycle.

Save the Halovar for later down the road. Eat tons (and relatively clean), lift heavy, and get your rest in. Like those above are saying, try to get in 4000 calories. If that doesn't work, then look at your training. Are you working out 5 days a week? Stop. Work out 3 days a week instead. Are you doing hours of cardio? Stop. Don't get me wrong, working out 5 days a week is fine, as is cardio, but if you've already got a high metabolism, you're not helping your [weight gain] cause by doing more activity.

Just a thought: If i just dosed 50/50/50/50, would Nolvadex really be needed. Or can I just stick with Reversitol V2 and DAA caps by SNS as my PCT?

So apparently you've opted to not listen to anyone who has tried to help in this thread? :stupid:

Also...Gains on Hdrol do not usually start to kick in until late in week 2 or week 3. That means at best you'd get 10-15 days of "effectiveness" then you'd be going off cycle.

And I can already tell you'd have not even the slightest idea of how to hold onto the couple lb's you did miraculously happen to put on. You'd basically be shutting yourself down for a return of little to nothing in the end. And your PCT is weak sauce.

Take the advice given by all of us above. If you opt not to then your shrunken balls and inability to keep your gains are not our problem.

WTF is up with kids these days not listening to anyone? Go ahead son and take your hormones w/o the slightest idea of what you're doing...

Only if its Cell-tech HARDCORE

End sarcasm.

stop looking for an easy way out. Dial in a diet and lift

Thanks for the input...
we're simply trying to help. Do u know the supplement you're taking is liver toxic? Do you know there's a strong chance you will have an increase in blood pressure? Do you have the proper ancillaries and support supplements on hand to combat those side effects? Are you aware people sometimes get back pumps while using methylated steroids? Do you even know what the hell a back pump is? And your PCT, again, seriously sucks. The recommended age for what your about to do is wait until you're at least 25 before taking hormones. Don't be a smart ass...as you can see not a single person here has actually recommended to you to take the steroid...

Sometimes they just don't listen and mess up their bodies. "Dial in a diet and lift" This is the real deal. Don't mess your body up just cause your not getting the results you want. Try the organics before you push supplements in.
