First cycle need advice on tren and sust. Thank you

I was open to the idea of hgh and my trainer came to me with tren and sust AND hgh. I don't know much about any of these products and would like to know as much as I can. I'm a week into the cycle and am reading as much as I can but am not getting comfortable with what I know. every other day on tren and twice a week on sust, I have a liver support and that's about it. An advice is great. thank you

For a first cycle.. def not tren bro. Honestly I would look into something like sarms. Its a great introduction to AAS IMO and they are non toxic orals
