FINALLY!!!!!! After years of wanting to turn to the dark side i finally am doing my first cycle. I am 23 6'3 225. I will have my girlfriend take pictures tonight and add them on here either tonight or tomorrow. my cycle looks like this.
Test E 500mg week 1-15
Dbol-40mg week 1-5
Arimdex .5 eod (prone to bloat)
HCG week 12-15 250iu ED

PCT
Nolva 40mg weeks 1-2
20mg weeks 3-5
Letro: 3 weeks @ .25 or .5mg ed? (Undecided if this is overkill)
ALSO MIGHT JUMP RIGHT INTO S4 as this is supposed to nice after cycle as a bridge or just PCT recomping agent.

Worthless without pics but i would say i am fairly lean right now which is what i wanted before the cycle. I put on weight and size very easily (not always the prettiest) so i have to maintain a pretty strick diet even when not cutting. I hope i dont get to worried about getting fat and really let myself grow the way you should first cycle.

So i will add pics tonight or tomorrow with an official first weight and update every 5 days or so. Thanks for any input and to anyone who sticks around and follows!
 
DAY 1
Shot test into right quad. First time pinning so i was nervous but it went right in (23 guage). I need to get a larger gauge to draw with because the 23 gauge took FOREVER to fill. Was nervous about aspirating but all went well. Injection site a little sore but i have read a million times this is completely normal.
First dose of liquid dbol. AWFUL TASTE. I read sometimes they are in grain alcohol and i think judging by the smell and taste thats what i got. Heard you can mix it in juice or make gel caps but i will tough it out. Took an hour before my workout.
Day 1 workout-shoulders/abs 30 minutes cardio
great workout must be because of how excited i am to start this cycle. Had a great pump i have no idea if its from the dbol since its only my first day or if it was because i added more carbs into my diet today (coming off a cut).

Diet: I wont bore you guys with a diet everytime i update but do want to outline it. I work an office job 10 hours a day with a personal microwave. My diet is incedibly consistant so what i ate today is almost identical to what i will have everyday for the whole cycle.
8:00 am-6 oz turkey sadnwich on 100% whole grain bread and a banana
11 am- chicken breast and 80grams brown rice w/asparagus
2 pm- protein shake
5:30pm- salmon 80grams brown rice
workout
8:30-PWO shake with fast carbs (50-100 grams)
11:00 almonds and cottage cheese or 3 whole eggs

Since i am doing a cycle i added carbs into my 11 am meal which i previously did not and doubled carbs post workout. However i was interested in if you guys thought this diet looked good or i should be adding more calories given my size for me to grow on cycle? like i said i gain weight super easy so i dont want to error on the safe side and limit my gains

Hey congrats brah. Looks like you did plenty of research so good going there.

I'd keep letro out of pct unless it seems needed and I'd be prepared to start hcg a little sooner if you get some shrinkage.


For the diet, how much protein is all that do you know? I like high protein but see how things work for you.
 
Day 2 6/24/2010
Today was a cardio only day. I lift 5 days a week and do 2 cardio only days. Not too much to report on. Did possibly notice an increase in hunger could be in my head though.

Day 3 6/25/2010
Today is legs day. I had a bad ankle sprain that set back my squats for a while but i have worked my way back to close to where i was. Last week i squatted 275x5 for three sets. 275 sounds like light weight but after i sprained my ankle i had to lighten up the wieght and started working on my form. I used to squat 405x2 but looking back on it i was like most other people at the gym not going down far enough. I now squat DEEP. Its crazy i go to a big gym there are about 2 other people who actually squat deep the way your should.
Tomorrow morning is my next pin. I really need to go get some 20g pins to fill with because these 23 g took honestly 10 minutes to fill.
