Hey bro. Drop the nolva or clomid. You only will need 1 SERM. everything else looks legit. If you are worried about sex drive take .5mg of caber 2x ew or get some viagra or cialis. Clomid will make you super emotional like a b*tch for the first few weeks. If that's a problem go with nolva.
Yeah buddy! Looks solid - I'm callin this a win. I used to swim competitively so body shaving is force of habit. I don't care, it helps show off my quads and calves.
Clomid just makes people moody. Nolva is the safe bet.

On a good note, got the 110's up 12 (actually I'll call it 11.75 w out a spotter just didn't lock out), a new high by a rep if you count it. Also lifts have been solid in other areas, and feeling good aside from today (was literally dozing off at my desk a good portion of the day).
So now have the rest of this week, last pin on Thurs., then one more week of winny tabs 60 mg ED, and at the end of that week I'll tone down the workouts to just maintenance levels.

I definitely wasn't perfect on diet, but kept it relatively strict, and certain things like weddings and bachelor parties were speed bumps / setbacks but was still able to reach my goals e.g. gaining 10 lbs of pretty quality mass and hardening up / cutting up a little bit, while still generally able to avoid having to buy an entire new wardrobe, which I think I can attribute to not going crazy on the carbs as this wasn't an all-out bulk or anything.
I'll give my final wrap up, but this is just the gist of what's gone down so far. Looking down the road to my second cycle in the winter, which will be test C, EQ (500/500 around 14-16 wks), with turinabol kicker week 1-4ish and primo tabs the last 7-8 weeks. That cycle will be what I'll call the "Rocky IV Cycle"; gonna try to shred up a la Rocky when he got ready to battle with Drago (wow it's awesome that there was no spelling correction for "Drago"). I'll be chopping some wood, pulling some sleds in the snow, lifting bags of rocks, etc.

Good work bro! For those pumps I eat a ton of bannanas (usually 1 with every shake), Taurine, Water and I dont know if if helps but BCAA with every shake. Ever since i started using all of those in a day back pumps are non existant for me.
I know what you mean with the belts. Totally agree. BUT.... when I max my deadlift and go over 405lbs I usually throw one one to prevent a hernia lol. Other than that I dont wear one. I always make fun of the guys that wear one their entire workout.... seriously? who benches with a belt on haha
as far as pct goes. clomids emotional sides get exaggerated a lot. I'm on week 2-3 of it right now and can't say I feel any different. and it's the only SERM prescribed by doctors to get men's hormones working again. clomid>nolva in my opinion. I'd go with torem over both of those though. sh1ts suppose to be magical. have your balls huge in like 3 days lol

Its not harsh on your liver like methyls or winny. A SERM binds to the estrogen and makes it unable to bind to the receptors. It then free floats and the liver filters it out. The liver sees all this "extra" estrogen and your body kicks up the production of testosterone to equal it all out. That's how your balls come back so quick.
So it does put stress on your liver just not in the way a methylated steroid would.
Start the DAA 1 week prior to SERM to get a high blood level. As for the other stuff just start on the day you start the SERM.

Not sure what kind of cardio I'll be doing. Probably just a little but should do more...

The only crappy thing about my aromasin is that they are in caps, so I guess I can empty half of them each time, I hear you I think 25 might be a bit much and I'm definitely feeling it on the joints.
I actually have tabs at the post office, so whenever I can get there I can pick em up. I always think tabs / pills are more legit stuff than caps or liquid stuff anyway.
