Legs day today, thought I was SCREWED because I forgot to have some taurine before so definitely anticipated feeling sore on squats and / or stiff leg deadlifts.

Was good to go though, did full squats 225 x 10, 275 x 7, 275 x 6, and stiff legs was something like 225 x 10,8,6, I should alternate my grip which was giving out.

Still waiting basically any day now or this coming week when everything should start to hit its stride. Little bit more acne on face today, I'm gonna start doxycycline 100 mg / day. Btw pin #5 went very well this AM, was painless and got pretty much all of it in.
 
Update - day 19:

Took a day off yesterday, had a volunteer thing to attend and didn't go in the AM before work.

Chest / Bi's today - For some reason was so tired today, had to drag myself to the gym but glad I did. Got the 110's up 9 x's on my second set (first was 100 x 10), which is a good sign I'm definitely getting stronger but nothing crazy yet. Definitely gained some weight so far, weighing about 210+ now although haven't weighed in in a few days.

Some water weight for sure, and maybe it's due to doing more lower back stuff but my waist is getting a little thicker - could be due to doing more squats / RDL's and also some water retention. I don't look "puffy" or anything, but I can feel the extra weight, if that makes any sense.

Acne is drying up due to taking doxycycline, will continue taking but not too happy I had to start it this early; if I take the rest of the cycle that'll be 9+ weeks on an antibiotic, although I don't think that's the end of the world.

I felt back pumps a little walking home from work, taking taurine which helps. Nothing debilitating or anything.

So far I kind of wish I did more of a 'cutter' cycle, although I'm sure I'll be singing a different tune when I'm on the winny-finishing weeks; I definitely want to 'harden up' a little. That, and also I don't feel like the Test E has really kicked in yet (should be any day now right?). Although definitely getting some comments from friends & other ppl about looking big etc.

Will start another post soon - The place I ordered Adex (and I figured why not grab some EQ for a future cycle while I'm at it?) shipped the order to my billing address, i.e. my MOM'S house, FML. So I'm all ears if anyone has some pointers on good stories to come up with as to why there is a package from Romania!

Will keep this updated, shoulders & tri's tomorrow. Get some.
 
Ripped another shirt this AM. Usually it's around the forearm / elbow area, but this time putting on my shirt the entire shoulder ripped out of the shirt so I don't think it's even fixable. This is funny, yes, but now I'm sort of in no-man's land with button-downs. Going shopping on Sun but I don't wanna have XL shirts that fit up top and are long at the bottom.

So far the casualty list since in the past couple months has been 3 nice button downs and two pairs of jeans.

Anyway just another sacrifice for tryin' to get swollen & shredded...I've been thinking about going for more lean gains vs. just going all out muscle mass, so I assume this would entail like 275 g protein, 300 g carbs, 75 g good fats instead of what I've been doing, which is more ~300 g protein 450 g carbs & 100 g fat.

Thx bro, I know I sound like a dbag or bragging but I think it's just my specific size; I usually wear a large or XL, but mostly large and that was snug to begin with (and ripped on occasion anyway), so I think now I have some shopping to do just not sure what'll fit

I'm just giving you a hard time... I did put on a pair of jeans last week that used to fit around my legs... When I put them on I had to look and make sure I wasn't putting on wifey's jeans because they fit like girl jeans... Had to wear some chinos instead...
 
Jeans are a whole other topic bro, so ridiculous how skinny 99% of them are nowadays...

im thinking of getting some taurine too!! man this is my first week injecting test and i can already feel those back pumps! im even thinking to start imjecting other muscles instead of my glutes!

Thats me and jeans... sucks being 5'6" with a 29" waist and huge quads. Cant find fitting jeans for the life of me or they're +100 bucks. I guess its not so bad looking at the numbers.

I know your pain on that too brother. I outgrew all of my jeans during my last cycle. I think the clothes cost me more during a cycle than the actual gear hahaha.

You can definitely run test e by itself. It usually takes around four weeks to get stable blood levels so that's why a four week oral kickstart works so well. Also with most prohormones as long as you take a decent liver support and don't run longer than 4 - 6 weeks toxicity shouldn't be a problem.

Hello people. Bit new to this body building app. But here goes. Just need a little help before i order my next course.
Ive done four courses before on deca, sust 250 with no problems and slight gains.
But im thinking of trying deca and test 400 together. Im told its good together but test 400 can be painful to inject..

What would you guys recommend?

400 is a big bolus. I really cant help you there brotha, I just follow logs. Wouldnt know what to do with it lol.

Yeah I heard the higher mg / ml the more painful, but I also heard E is much better than Propionate, and E I've been using last 3 weeks with barely any pain. Injected yesterday by the way the smoothest so far, just alternating right + left quads.

Not much to update by the way, almost at end of week 3 and so far in wk 1-3 I've worked out 6, 5 and now only 3 times this week due to work and other stuff. Will have to hit it hard tonight and tomorrow to keep on pace.

PS re: clothes / tailoring - I wish I could afford having everything tailored, I always wondered what Ahhnold did but of course he had tons of $. So far no new ripped shirts or jeans since yesterday...
 
As far as tailoring man it ain't that expensive. I go buy shirts at a suit store and tailoring is free when I purchase. I usually go see the same guy and tell him I'm about to start a cycle and he adds a little here and there so I can grow into em. Costs me like 25-50 buck to go back and have em retailored and that's once a year usually. So in the end its cost effective. Same thing with suits I just make sure I can have em taken in or out.

Nice tip that's good to know, thanks man maybe I'll try that. I wish I could gain just pure muscle and lose the fat so I'm roughly the same size, but that's damn near impossible.

I know right? I like to shop at Josh A. Bank they always have great sales around any holiday and get buy 1 get 2 free deals. Go in and pick a salesman that looks in shape and explain to him whats up. They will usually be cool and then just go back to him and eventually they hook you up. I refer all my buddies to the guy I use and he gives me discounts. Saves me serious money.

Nice man that's a good idea. Just did a little shopping today, not too successful...I swear I don't notice that drastic of a change in size, but at a party last night man people are definitely saying stuff. Nothing like "dude you're on the juice" because I've always been around my size, I'm just usually about 5-10 lbs less I suppose.

I definitely felt some water weight in my mid-section today and this week, so I took some liquid arimidex .5 mg (been taking it basically Tues / Thurs / Sat but this week Tues / Thurs / Sun). Today's workout will make it 5 for the week, not too bad but I feel like I slacked off this week for sure. I think sleep is a huge factor, didn't sleep well early in the week but this coming week I definitely want to make use of the mornings. Especially for cardio, I wanna really go for the elusive recomp so cardio is a must. I've always slacked on cardio, so I feel like if I do a decent amount I should see good fat loss results.

Also, I'll be starting HCG this week 250IU 2x's basically the night before my Test E shots, so I'll probably have questions on mixing etc. Will update soon, and should probably post some pics later on in the week.

Cool thanks man, yeah I've checked out videos in the past on youtube showing how to mix n stuff, just have to revisit them and get it down before I do it.

Did back & abs workout today, pretty solid workout so rounded out the week with 5 days / 2 days rest.

3 week point today, report so far: Have gained some decent size (about 7 lbs) and some strength, with some water for sure and a little acne that disappeared with antibiotics (doxycyclene 100 mg ED). One more week of D-Bol, might kick it up a little bit to 40 mg ED, although not sure if the pros will outweigh the cons (more water weight probably). I've been using Adex to control water weight, I've actually alternated btwn capsules and liquid form, kind of an insurance since I really don't know the exact purity of each.

Other sides that have had - back pumps, not too bad at all, and sweating like a motherf*cker during most workouts, although arguably that might be a positive side effect.

Going into the 4th week I think I'm going to tweak my diet a little bit so that it has a little less carbs & calories, so that hopefully I can cut up a little while gaining some muscle. I realize this is a little naive, but I think especially since it's my first cycle this is possible.

Tomorrow is legs day, and also pretty much my 5th or 6th legs workout after years of slacking, but legs for most ppl I think catch up a lot quicker, or maybe it's just one of my lucky areas. Will hopefully be ready to take some pics soon, my girlfriend has literally marveled at my calves ("what the hell you have an extra muscle in there!") so hopefully that's a good sign.

Will post after I take on Quadzilla form tomorrow...

I was mixing my HCG, and I can't explain what happened, but the pressure of the vial (that the video said to do) sort of caused a little bit to spill on my leg, so I know that the 10 ML in my mixing vial is definitely not quite 5000IU, maybe even as little as 3000.

I have another 5000 IU HCG set, along with another empty vial, bacteriostatic water etc., but want to get some use out of what I mixed.

Should I just aim on the high side for the dose on this vial? Like what would have been 1000 IU 2x's per week or even 3 x's? This way I'll use this for a few weeks and then have a good decent dose of the other set, but I'm not sure quite what to do.

I've also considered just mixing the other one and using that instead. Maybe I should, I definitely want to know exactly how much I'm doing to support the boys, and my plan 250IU's 2x's per week (wk 4-9) and 500IU's (wk 10 - 11) = 5000 IU's exactly.

So just to sum up, I have 1 x ? maybe 3000IU's in a vial HCG, and an unmixed 5000 IU set. Any recommendations appreciated, it might not be the end of the world because now that I know how easy the sub-Q injections are I wouldn't mind doing a smaller dose EOD or even ED.

Textbook face-palm...

After its gone mix the 5000iu and pick up at normal dosing. That will pick up whatever slack there was from the 3000iu. Regardless the 3000 will work just may not be as potent but its early. I wouldn't sweat it bro.

Cool thanks a lot as always my man! Yeah I guess I'm just more pissed at myself for being stupid, I think I put air into the vile when I was supposed to take it out, so it sort of forced the solution (which was 1 mg of mixed HCG) out of the vial. That definitely puts me at ease, I'll just make do with a little less HCG doses, and maybe more frequently the next 3 weeks or so.

I'll post up some pics soon, that's been lacking here. No huge progress, I think I'm self-conscious because of a little water weight but it's not too bad. I just wanna have super clear improvements, which I've heard from friends and other people but I can't really tell yet myself. Definitely by end of this week...

Edit: PS - Does HCG help with fat burn?? I know it causes test increase, at least on its own, which would increase water weight a little.
 
I'm not sure on the fat burn. In my SERM AI thread in the PCT section there is a great article on hcg. Check it out and if it does that article will say.

I can see some slight differences, not too bad for 3 weeks. Although I was a little disappointed in strength today; I got up the 110's 9 x's last week on incline bench, and was sure I'd hit 10 this week but I actually did only 8, one less :( Guess I'll just keep hitting it and I'm sure I'll break through.

Thanks a lot guys, definitely helps motivate me! I just had a couple beers after my softball game, so good thing I took those pics I'm sure they went straight to my midsection.

And hey there's nothing homo about supporting your fellow AM bros. Even if anyone is gay on this site I'm not judging! I'm from NYC so if I didn't tolerate that sort of thing I'd have to move haha.

Just got home, so I doubt I'll get to sleep before 12:45 / 1 in which case tomorrow is an off day (can't go tmrw night). Game plan is still to just keep trying to add quality L-B's, and I've still been following the revised plan to reduce cals slightly and keep protein high. Thurs. will resume with shoulders + tri's, and still trying to figure out how to squeeze in a good cardio plan.

Thx brother. Believe it or not I slacked, i.e. didn't do legs at all the past few years till about 1 month ago, so I'm sure that in addition to the test should make those babies grow!

I'm just going with Tues & Fri Test E 250 mg, and Mon & Thur night not sure how many IU's due to losing a bit of the HCG mixture (I would guess anywhere from 150 - 300 IU) of HCG.

This will effectively increase the test from 437.5 to 500 mg per week :)

I just wanted to mention most amps are usually overfilled .1ml.
good luck with cycle, test-e should hit around mid week 4.

Surprised you're not mentioning more about the dbol though (unless I missed it). It made me feel awesome although I did retain a lot of water.
