Daaamn it's even bigger than I thought. Her body is sick but butt might be a little too big. Gotta brag my gf's booty is kinda similar but not that big, definitely a round one:)

Why wouldn't I have a libido??? I'm doing basically Test E but w a little D-Bol and a moderate amt of Winny later on. During and after PCT, that's what I'm worried about...

New to AAS... TestE wouldn't shut you down like PHs do? I figured if your body isn't making it's own test you would lose libido, etc? No? I'm a nooooob.

Yes it will shut you down, but nevertheless you will have a lot of test in your system, more than usual so increased libido. If you take deca on its own, for instance (all from what I've heard / read), it shuts down test production, but then there is deca in your system, and no test. The result is "deca-d*ck" :(

This is one of the reasons they say 'include test of some form in every cycle'. My next cycle I plan on something like boldenone + test. When I first decided I'm gonna finally go to the dark side, I was thinking of doing something like "just EQ" or "just Deca" before I knew this.

I'm a noob too, but trying to learn fast.

Sadly enough, I find anabolics and supplementation more interesting than my full time job and the part time college I do... I catch myself doing homework and sneaking on AM to do some more research on more interesting stuff like how to get your nuts back after a 6 week PH cycle...or how to bridge two PHs effectively...

So, in a nutshell, when cycling potent anabolics that are prone to shut down the body it is good to run a test base... But it's not effective to just run a test e cycle by itself or just not as effective?

Another question...concerning toxicity, since test e is injected, can you "safely" run an oral AAS with an ejectable base since there isn't liver toxicity concerns with injectables or is that incorrect...

That's what I do best, hijack a nice man's log with a ton of questions...

You can definitely run test e by itself. It usually takes around four weeks to get stable blood levels so that's why a four week oral kickstart works so well. Also with most prohormones as long as you take a decent liver support and don't run longer than 4 - 6 weeks toxicity shouldn't be a problem.

Don't sweat it at all man I'm glad ppl are at least now checkin the log out. Yesterday I had my first softball game so was an off day. Today will be legs day :) Still haven't been lifting anything crazy for me, but only on day 11...

Day 11 is like a third of a PH cycle... I start my first this weekend :).
 
Day 12 - Weight approx. 208, no huge sides, DESTROYED Quad-zillas, Christmas Hams, and Cows. Even did fivearms and a little cardio this AM. Didn't do legs for 3 years and already squatting (actually squatting i.e. full squats not like how I see 9.9 out of 10 do them at the gym) 275 for 7 reps not bad for fourth leg workout basically from scratch.

Feelin' great! TMI but I'm really fighting off the urge to get my porn on so I can completely wow my girlfriend tomorrow night, so labido is definitely shooting up. 4th pin is tomorrow AM, was thinking tonight but I've read that it's better to not do before bed so you can walk around and help it disperse.

Might split up tomorrow so it's Bi's in the AM and Tyrannosaurus Pecs in the PM. No gigantic strength gains there yet, but still at the upper end of my strength plateau.

Nice bis bro!!!! Man I'm a lucky fool in the female department. As far as cheek shootin goes it ain't awful in the cheek that your dominate hand is on but it's a whole different story on the opposite. Damn near impossible for me.

Glad you're aboard brother:) Yeah and about the fridge thing that makes much more sense, although for this time I just left it next to my bed and woke and poked!!!

4th pin of 250 mg Test E today, no huge differences but that's normal today is day 13. Feelin' good and been having killer workouts so far. Doing tyrannosaurus pecs & biceratops today, decided to get more sleep and do both later instead of splitting them up.

Yeah that was from a different thread, don't worry I'm not refrigerating it but good lookin' out.

I just was asking on another thread if it's ok to draw into a syringe at night so it's ready to rock in the AM, just to make sure I get to work on time n stuff...did it and it worked great.

PS - When do most of you feel that "breakthrough" w the Test E? After 3 weeks? 4 weeks? I'm feeling good, maybe great but it's nothing crazy like I anticipated. Although it's only been 2 weeks...

Btw my buddy threw some before and after pics at me at week one and week 4 and he's pretty lazy and his results were sick. He thought week 3 it kicked hard and week 4 it was surging hard.

No that definitely helps address my question, so probably 3 to 4 weeks...ehh I'm getting slightly oilier skin than usual, no back-ne luckily or chest acne, and had a little face acne that got better; not 100% gone but almost. Been washing my face w cetaphil and ketokonazole aka Nizoral shampoo, which as you probably know helps with both acne and preventing hair loss.

Will post more info after my workout tonight, I have a feeling I'll be able to gauge where I'm at based on how many reps I can do with the 110's on incline...if I can do more than 10 or 12 than that means I'm on my way!
 
Btw I WHALED on my quads / hams / calves yesterday, definitely anticipated barely being able to walk today but am only a little sore. Either it'll be delayed onset (my gut tells me no), or I wonder does the test / d-bol make you less prone to get sore and recover faster??
 
It will definitely help with soreness recovery. That's kinda the magic of aas. When I did my oh cycles I could abuse myself and still not get sore. Btw epic 110lbs inclines. Nice ****. Yeah I use the same shampoo out of necessity lol. Damn heads a snow storm without it. Plus I take minimum of two showers now and bought a brutal back scrubber. No acne to report that I wouldn't normally get as the weather warms up. Hard to avoid body spots here and there in that filthy factory. Keep up the great work!

refrigerating a full or half full syringe to be used/reused within a day or two. fridge is out of the way and less likelihood of nasty stuff getting on there...NOT for actually "refrigerating" it LMFAO....For the Love of God with this issue :D.......just leave it on the counter and hope you don't sit on it, the dog eats it, or some nasty bacteria doesn't make its home there I guess lol........

Dude that is hilarious! I bought a back scrubber two nights ago just in anticipation of some back-ne, even though I've never had it at all through high school... check mine out - haven't used it yet the thing is hard as hell but I assume it softens once I soak it:

Thx re: the inclines, some of my lifts I'm stronger at than others of course. The gym only goes up to 110 so my goal is to be able to do 4 sets of 12 w it, although 4 sets x 15 wouldn't be bad either. Gotta set down some goals for each body part and their major / compound lifts.

I wish our gym went above 110 ls Ez curls just to get used to handling heavier weights even if I can only do 7 I would like to shock the muscle with something heavier. Our DBS max at 100 too. I'm no where needing bigger ones on that front yet lol. Soon though....soon

So I did crush tyrannosaurus pecs + biceratops last night, didn't put up the 110's 10 x's on incline but did this:

100 DB's x 10

110 DB's x 8

110 DB's x 6

110 DB's x 4

I probably should use a spotter, that definitely helps get stronger and stronger...My goal is to do 4 sets of the 110's 12 reps.

I'll go over other lifts:

DB Shoulder Press - Currently doing 75 x 10, 80 x 8, 80 x 6, 80 x 4, goal should be 4 sets of 80 x 12 (or like 80 x 12, 85 x 10, 90 x 8, 90 x 6)

Squats - Only started doing legs again after a long hiatus a few weeks ago...

Currently doing 225 x 10, 275 x 8, 275 x 5. Will be doing 4 sets in the near future, goal will be: 245 x 12, 275 x 10, 315 x 8, 345 x 6 (and I feel I should always emphasize I do full squats as opposed to most of the chumps going down 1 foot and loading up the bar to boost their confidence.

Hamstrings: Currently doing still leg deadlifts 185 x 12, 10, 9, 8. Since I've only begun legs after a long break and have done much more in the past, my goal will be 315 four sets of 12. I love this lift for the Christmas Hams and spinal erectors but only thing I hate about it is I think it makes your waist a little thicker.

Pullups - Since I've recently over the past 10 weeks (in preparation for doing AAS) gained about 15-18 lbs, my pull-ups have been terrible. I used to do 18 or 20 first set, currently doing: 12, 8, 6, 4, 4, 3, 3, 2 (rest = 1 minute btwn sets). Goal will be to do a total of 70 reps over 8 sets so could be something like 17, 12, 10, 10, 8, 6, 4, 4. This might be tough since I'll be gaining some weight, so actually even if I only modestly improve my #'s it'll be a little more of an improvement...

Biceps - I was doing heavy barbell curls, but due to my cheating too much I think that threw off or contributed to my back / shoulder problems. Not sure what goal to use, bc I'm now starting with preacher curls (to take cheating out of the equation some) and just take whichever preacher is available whether free weights, one machine or another machine. Hard to keep track...will figure out a goal in the future.

Triceps - Current overhead DB - 85 x 14, 10, 8, 6, goal will be four sets 95 or 100 x 12.

Calves - Not sure how to gauge this. I've been starting with leg press / calves on leg press machine supersets with only 4 plates each side. Will figure out in the near future...

I think that covers the lifting goals. These are just guidelines / goals for me to work towards to help gain muscle and lose fat hopefully.

I think I've filled out a little, and not sure if that's with a little sacrifice to cuts / BF but I'm ok w a LITTLE of this, since the last 5 weeks on winny should hopefully help lean me out. If it doesn't sufficiently do that, I'll decrease carbs a little and clean up the diet.

Today's workout is Boulders + The Tri-State Area. Also going to throw in some rotator cuff stuff at the end I think that's something everyone should do when on a cycle it's good insurance to help brace for strength gains...
 
Also I should add: I've been including 50 mg proviron into the mix, which apparently helps bind to aromatase receptors, improves hardness / decreases bloating, and increases free floating (muscle-building) testosterone. Not sure if this is a sufficient dose, I think ppl have done as much as 100 or even 200 mg per day but I have to remember that this is my first run and not to get too crazy.

I also noticed that I've been horned-up more, possibly due to this proviron, and had a nice session with m'lady this am:)
 
Forgot to add workout info from today. Had a great workout, and added 1 rotator cuff-strengthening exercise at the end.
Boulder Workout:
(1) Overhead DB Press: 75 x 10, 80 x 7, 80 x 5, 75 x 6 > drop set w 50's. <-- I have gotten weaker on shoulders the last couple weeks, still fallout from my back / shoulder issues but glad I'm at least staying close to normal and gonna start completely destroying it in a couple of weeks.

(2) One Arm Reverse Cable Flys - 10, 10, 8, 7 > strip set

(3) One Arm Lateral Cable Raises - 10, 8, 7, 6 > strip set

(4) Hammer Grip DB Front Raises - 3 sets to failure

The Tri-State Area Workout:

(1) DB Seated Overhead Extensions - 85 x 14, 9, 8, 6 > drop set to 65 x 5

(2) Hammer Grip / Neutral Grip Lying DB Tri Extensions - 4 sets to failure w 25 DB's

(3) Cable (individual but at same time) Pressdowns - 10, 8, 8, 6 > strip set

(4) Close Grip Bench - 3 sets ~ 8-10 reps

Thanks brother! You are 100% right, spotting through a couple is always better, especially when you're kinda stuck on a weight. For some reason there's nothing like it even doing drop sets and other stuff.

Definitely gonna be a little bloated tomorrow AM, did a cheat day today; ate blueberry pancakes & a protein shake for breakfast, having a burger tonight, lemon merengue pie, you get the idea...but still hit my protein needs and hopefully I can get away with it. Definitely have been good on diet every other day so far.

Today was second rest day of the week, so far week 1 did 6 workouts week 2 did 5. Doing back and abs tomorrow, might try to do abs & cardio AM and back PM. Weighing in about 210 right now, and some bloat as you can probably see in the photo above but nothing too crazy.

Will post tomorrow with more info:)

Dear diary haha: Little update - Day 16: I didn't even realize it, but I'm 99% sure I've been experiencing those "back pumps" that I've heard about. It's like a little soreness at the base of your back right?? I can tell it's different from workout soreness. I tried some taurine today, which I usually don't use because it has made me nauseous in the past, but I used a smaller amt today and felt fine.

Had a solid back and abs workout, now doing 20 sets of back (starting w 8 sets pull-ups) and 15 sets abs. That's definitely a lot, but I do abs like any other body part so I hit it 15 sets once or twice max per week instead of something like 8 sets every other day. And lats I feel are a weak point that I can improve on, especially compared to my chest.

Still doing pretty lame #'s for pull-ups compared to the past, but I'm also still heavier like 210+ now so they're harder. Very glad I'm incorporating them again; anytime I do them after a pull-up hiatus I realize how stupid I was for not doing them.

Pin numero 5 is tomorrow AM, debating whether or not to "pre-draw" and have the pin next to my bed ready to rock, which worked out well last time but I think I'd rather make sure the Test E is in a vacuum sealed amp till minutes before I use it...Thinking about stepping up my dosing to 500 mg / week, but the 437.5 hasn't kicked in either way so I think I should wait at least another week (so I'd be doing an amp every 3.5 days instead of every 4).

Also I'm wary of upping the dosage bc I'm getting too big for my clothes, so not sure what I'd do if I couldn't fit into / rip most of my shirts, but I'll cross that bridge when I get there I suppose. Seriously not trying to sound like a tough guy but my button downs continually rip near the elbow or lat areas, and my jeans rip around the crotch. Just thinking about $$$ issues, and a new wardrobe isn't exactly cheap...I should really just focus on staying lean and hopefully the AAS will help me maintain (and gain) muscle & separation while losing some fat.

Tomorrow is quadzilla + Christmas hams + cows day, which will be preceded by my 5th pin. Will post and keep this updated!

Taurine helps with back pumps if your experiencing them. Another common place is the shins.

Yeah true I definitely have been feeling it when walking, I had it for like a week and finally put 2 and 2 together and realized this is the dreaded back pump...I took like a teaspoon so ~2.5 grams and didn't have any problems, although I didn't job or even walk too far today so not 100% sure it cured the BP's. I wonder what the mechanism is behind it and why taurine helps, gonna do some googling...

Thx man, luckily I haven't had shin pumps but hope they don't surface. Doing some homework now on what causes them, and in the meantime I'll have like 3 g of taurine per day
