First cycle help

I've done my research and have done several ph logs so I'm moving on up
Stats: 5'11
225lbs
10%bf
6years of lifting
26
Ima start this cycle around jan-feb
Test e 250mg 2x a week
Pct nolva 20/20/20/20
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Pct 2 weeks after last pin
I'm confused on doses and if I should get adex and run it during cycle or pct alott of people argue on this so I'm just curious and I respect what you guys have to say and a bonus question can I still take my pre workouts ect?

^^^^ solid advice. I didn't get puffy and itchy nips till a little bit after four weeks on test e and dosed the adex at .25 every third day it cleared up quickly. Some run it every other day the whole cycle you will just have to find what works for you.

Agree with the above, I not long ago ran my first cycle of test e 500mg/w and stupidly didn't bother with an AI, now dealing with a small lump under my nipple which appeared after no sides at all around the 11th week, got letro now which hopefully gets rid of it, sorry for the negative reply but just giving you a heads up bro

Negative usally means honest sould I run adex starting the 4th week EOD? Or Every 3 days?
 
When I ran my first cycle of Test Cyp 500mg week pin 2x wk. I never had to use arimedex. But I never start my Cycle without having on hand. Getting ready to start my fith cycle and love it.

This too many guys just jump on an AI with out even knowing if they need one. Believe it or not there are benefits to increased estrogen just pay attention to your body and if your nipples start to get irritated/itchy/ puffy start immediately to be safe.
 
Thanks a lot guys me and two buddy are doing it and one of them kept thinking he knew everything and I was arguing with him about it but i forced hime to listen I have 4 10ml of test e 25 100tabs of adex,clomid,nolva 18,25gage needles and 3ml syringes at 1.25inches sound good to go?
 
Also you take 3months off between each cycle right? Some say yes some say no but I trust my AM brothers more than any reject site :) haha

X2 or aromasin at 12.5 mgs ed and run it up until PCT begins
 
This thread answered a lot of the questions I had. This will be my first time on and I'm trying to make sure I have everything. Question on syringes... Do I need to use a new syringe every time I pin or just replace the needle?
 
I use a new syringe every time. Why take the chance of infection. Syringes are cheap well worth spending the extra money.
 
Never reuse a syringe or needle that's begging for an infection.
