First Cycle, going to be using Epistane

eh a little bit, ive got some more miles under my belt now and i basically shift into one of several modes. the time does not actually shift, meaning if im going 55 or 65 it takes the same amount of time to get home from work. using this i can apply it to every driving. so i'll either sit at +10 unless people start being overly retarded and crowding around me, then i kick down to +5. in worst case scenario i'll sit at +0. usually in long stretches with lots of stop/go lights where there is no point to try and pass anyone. that time comes several miles up the road.

i still get upset at the ****ing idiots who drive like ****ing idiots. these are the people in the passing lane driving along with someone in the right hand lane at the same speed for any length of time. if you're not gaining on someone, get over.

if *I* catch up to you, it means i am going faster than you are. this is not an invitation to increase your speed, also that is not necessary k thanks. stay the **** at the same speed and let me get in front of you (assuming you are lead asshat).

if you catch up to me, i will not speed up, reason aforementioned. go around me. if it's a single lane road, i will usually do +10 so no im not going any ****ing faster.

if you pass me, and then slow the **** down, i have no choice but to pass you again. please do not "run all up on me" so i can read your windshield vin in my rearview, that is annoying. i will probably accidentally kick the cruise control down a few.

if traffic is actually legitimately heavy, i am not using cruise control. nobody in front of me knows how to drive worth a ****, so im constantly adjusting to keep *DISTANCE* at this point. for ****'s sake do the same.

on a single lane road when the light turns green, do not take a mile to get up to 45 mph, especially when the posted speed limit is 55 and no one can pass you.
 
alright i finished up my bottle of stoked the other day which means 30 days are over. going to get some weight/caliper/measurements tonight just before a leg day.

started splitting my gym up to where im going in the morning as well for at least cardio/abs. might toss calves in there too and other annoying to grow body parts. however my calves do seem to be doing pretty well for me, which is cool. still keeping my 3 day split at PM mon/wed/fri but might change that up a bit.

i need to actually get off my ass more and take pics and do a better job of datalogging, so my apologies there.

my bp is ~117/78 so i'm pretty happy about that. sometimes it goes up to 130/78 but that's like after coming back from the gym so not too worried. finished up cycle support and started on a bottle of cycle assist, caps on that are better in my opinion.

epistane gave me pretty good results, but so will eating, hard work, determination, and proper rest. i believe in this case epistane was a good mental motivator for me. that is to say "hey ****er, you're on a cycle get your **** together." it helped me stop drinking alcohol as much as i used to which is good. and thank you guys for your help too.

i will have my intensity and frequency levels up before starting the next cycle. i will have polished my am/pm gym split and refined diet a bit more by then. im also glad that i've gotten over the newbie bug where you buy all sorts of weird supplement **** and expect results because it's in your cupboard. actually that was probably just before starting this cycle. i have a lot of stuff sitting around i'd like to get through before next cycle, namely a couple bottles of neovar recomp, bulk pslin, anabolic pump, whatevers.

ive stopped trying to lift disgustingly heavy weights and focusing form and technique in most cases. i still like to give it hell on things like leg press, but my skull crushers are done with a 20lb barbell and that probably wont change for awhile. you wont find me with anything above 25lb db on shoulder exercises either. im growing, im a monster in training, and i have the AM crew to thank.

also things at work are still settling down, and i have a few more guys helping out so i can focus more on lifting and having fun like it's supposed to be. and with that, my phone rings.. lol
 
Work your way up on the squats... just start low. One thing I've noticed is that leg press strength doesn't translate to squat strength at all...

i basically start out with just the bar now, then throw on some 25s, then 45s and that's about all i feel comfortable with right now. i might stick to more 95lbx10 sets like 4 or 5. those are pretty good. i like the 45s better but back just doesnt feel quite right yet.
 
Your road rage post is one of the best I've ever seen. You nailed every driving foul that makes me want to really knock someone the f out.

You'll get there. I used to be right where you're at. Now I'm in the same situation wanting 315 to feel comfortable.
 
if this stupid ass snow storm hits us, im gonna steal the jeep from my gf and hit the local gym in the morning- and call out of work (work from home, whatever). 4x4 fun, bring it!@#

i kept 8 lbs from this cycle, im happy about that and am looking forward to hitting the next one near may, different compound though.
