I would definitely use some wrist wraps until it's healed. I used to get wrist pain from bending my wrists back to far on bench and they would help speed up the recovery process. Try to find out what movement hurt them first though and try to avoid it.

I have not even gotten to a plateau I couldn't break. I can manipulate my body easily through diet. I have not even begun to employ crazy training techniques like drop sets, or supersets, or rest pause, or GVT. I've built all this on just basic training and eating with minimal supplements.
