I have been lifting so ridiculously heavy j have some tenderness in my left wrist:((( but it's not enough to really hinder my workouts just hurts on barbell presses
 
Don't go to ham and pull something. Guys do that all the time on cycle thinking their gods.

Yeah I know my limits. My wrist is just a little hurt from frequency of lifts. This last 2 weeks I was lifting 6 days a week so it was more of an over training injury than a weight related
 
An injury is an injury in my book. Doesn't matter to me if you got your dick bite off by a dog or by a girl, an injury is an injury.
 
I would definitely use some wrist wraps until it's healed. I used to get wrist pain from bending my wrists back to far on bench and they would help speed up the recovery process. Try to find out what movement hurt them first though and try to avoid it.

Yes sir. Good advice. I should have taped my wrists yesterday on my push day because I was doing super high volume for with heavy weight and Abe is right, my wrists pre cycle weren't prepared to be able to rep out 245 for ten reps on bench when pre cycle i was only doing sets of ten with 205-225

You feel like superman until you hurt yourself
 
Updating this log. That ex I told you about finally apologized and all is well, we are friends once again. Resolution. God bless.
 
A little late getting in been reading up on the log and congrats for the gains bro! I think im gonna start taking DAA ever morning with my halo just to get a jump start AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS.. glad your deal with the ex worked out abe, and im right there with you nbs my ex is same way, but then once a month or two she wants to text and act like things are good and she cares, only about two or three days then disappears.. its kind of irritating actually it got old the 2nd time I noticed it was a "checking up on me to see who im with or if im doing bad and probably hoping so!"

Save the DAA for pct brotha. That's when it's going to do what you need it to. Boost your natural test production.

Will not speed up or enhance the effects of the Halo.
I also have had far less BM's on my cycle. Carb up and plenty of water. And then more water. Should help but don't sweat it too hard.

If it is regularity you are after then just have a meal of well cooked eggplant per day and this should make you as regular as clockwork, the eggplant goes through the system and has the ability to absorb and remove toxic waste from the colon with its great cleansing action, i prefer to consume it with the skin on as the skin contains some excellent anti oxidants, by first stabbing the eggplants outer skin with a falk and then placing it under the grill for awhile this makes the skin tender then just slice it all up skin and all and sautee it with some onion and garlic salt herbs and diced tomatoes, can also mix in some cooked kidney beans, the cooked tomato contains lycopene which is good prostate medicine,

Yup that's the ONLY reason their really callin, its kind of that "if I cant have you I don't want no one else to have you" but more like "i don't really want you right now, maybe if I reach rock bottom, and I don't want no one else to have you either" it has nothing to do with concern for you or your life.. freaking woman, THEIR THE DEVIL BOBBY!!
 
Thanks Alpha, much appreciated, I like to go the fiber (Metamucil) route, that stuff works WONDERS!! and its great for blood sugar etc.. but that egg plant sounds GREAT ill have to try that!!

Final weight btw was 197 which I kind of leveled out at. Last day of Hdrol. Will continue this log though for another month

So 6'1" 197
Bench 335lbs
Squat 315 for 6
Military: 205 for 6 or 185 for 10
Dead lift: 535lbs
Curls: Went from using 35-40s for ten each arm to 45-50s
Back: got huge, can do like 30 ( palm facing out) pull up with strict form.
Bent rows: using 185 with no wraps for sets of twelve with minimal jerking in the beginning.

Size gains: Probably put on a good 6 lbs of lean muscle. 5 minimally. Most of the size came to my axial muscles, Including Delts, chest, back, abs and quads.
Quads and lats definitely received the most gain.

My biggest strength gain came in legs and shoulder. shoulders are what people are complimenting me and recognizing got bigger.

I wish my arms gained more girth; I have really really really Long arms. But my biceps did get a lot bigger and feels like i have a softball in my arm now.

I am thinking maybe I should compete in the physique ranks. I have not even gotten to a plateau I couldn't break. I can manipulate my body easily through diet. I have not even begun to employ crazy training techniques like drop sets, or supersets, or rest pause, or GVT. I've built all this on just basic training and eating with minimal supplements. This sarm log was my first venture into something fancy. But when you mentioned that your ex competed it made me feel like, "well if she can do it, I can do it!" All jellous.

yeah I hear you on the bent over rows. I gotta go lighter just so my arms don't take over. Form seems to matter most for back. For chest it seems like just go big, get the weight up, and youll grow. Back takes concentration and good form to make it grow. But still your posting impressive numbers. Why not throw some straps on, let the other muscle groups help, and see what your four rep weight is.
 
I usually rep 225 for sets of 12-15 on bent over with nice slow reps squeezing at the top, I don't understand the wrap thing with anybody?? I've never ever used them in my life and sometimes I think I ashould if im going rto max out the deads but either way try what dma was talking about, those sound really awesome for strength size and def. yiour kickin ass though bro andi cant wait to see a week or two into the post how your gonna be doing then/1

I understand NB, I just figure not using wraps makes the forearms stronger forcing you to hold tighter, I could see using them on a super heavy max day just to keep the stress down on then,,,,,,,
