First Cycle - EPI/11-OXO - Dosing Questions

This is my first post here, and I'm looking for some advice and comments on my first PH cycle. First off, I'm 31 years old and roughly 225 lbs with 15-18% body fat. I have been lifting off and on for 4-5 years. My bench is around 315 and I put on size pretty quickly if I up my calories, but it's usually wet with little to definition. Cutting cycles work OK, but I end up losing more muscle than fat. I've been doing a ton of research the past few weeks and I think I'm ready for my first cycle and I've read EPI (or HAVOC) is good for a first run. I'm also interested in running 11-OXO (LGI 11-X) to help maximize my fat loss. Below is what I was thinking. Let me know if I'm off anywhere with products or dosages.

Pre-Cycle (1 week):
CEL Cycle Assist: 8 caps a day

Cycle (6 weeks):
EPI - 30/30/40/40/40/40
11-OXO - 600/600/600/900/900/900
CEL Cycle Assist : 8 caps daily
Mega Men Multi-Vitamin
Met-RX Super Joint Guard - 4 caps daily
Super Cissus - 6 caps daily
Fish Oils / CLA - 3 caps daily (1200mg each)

PCT (4 weeks):Nolva - 20/20/10/10
CEL PCT Assist - 4 caps daily
(Plus MV/fish oil/joint assist)

Couple things. Should I be bridging 11-OXO or will stacking it be best? I'm a little concerned with joints as I'm already experiencing some tightness on my forearms and elbows on my current workout regimen. Is nolva best for PCT? Or will clomid be sufficient (I have a bunch so I wouldn't have to order from those sketchy pharms)? And finally, when is the best time to take the EPI/11-X if I hit the gym around 7pm at night? Is a light pre-workout supplement OK to take? I'm usually exhausted at the end of the day so I might need a little boost.

Thanks again for any advice and help. I think I have all the right products, but wanted to make sure..I really appreciate it and can't wait to start this cycle!

Cycle looks good.

Epi at 30mg ED for 4 weeks.
11oxo at 500mg ED for 4 weeks.

PCT use Clomid if you have it.

Because it is first cycle, preload CEL cycle assist for 2 weeks prior to help blood pressure and then start cycle.

Stay away from any stims on first cycle.

Makes sense. Do you think I should do 4 weeks instead of 6 ? At 30 and 500? I've read a lot of people saying that 40 was the sweet spot for epi.

First cycle use 30 to start. Trust me...

Last thing you want is a problem on cycle from a too higher dose so early on.

Have blood done pre, and post cycle (after PCT) to assess the effects of the PH on your liver, hormones and lipids.

No run them for six weeks. You will be disappointed in running for four weeks. Six weeks 40mg epi and 600-900mg 11-oxo.

How about I meet in the middle and do 5? :-)

Here's what I'm looking at:

EPI - 30/30/40/40/40
11-X - 450/450/600/600/600

Clomid - 50/50/25/25

Any tips for cardio? I'm currently do a 5 day a week training schedule, with a 1 cardio day and 1 rest day. However, I want to take advantage of this cut cyle and up my cardio a bit. I was looking at doing weights 4 days a week some cardio days mixed in every third day. Will this be too much? Or should my endurance increase to be able to handle this? Just want to make sure I stay in running shape (PT test for the Army)..

Example:
Sat: Weights
Sun: Weights
Mon: Cardio
Tue: Weights
Wed:Weights
Thur: Cardio
Fri: Off

Thanks again!

OP, forgot my comments and do what they say... It is your liver and bloods...

Ill stay out of this then

Ran epi/"tren". Tried running 2 miles. Shin pump was devastating. Don't know for sure if it was the Epi, but I'm pretty sure it was since it quite often invokes serious back pumps in users. My 2mi time is normally 1230, but not on that stuff. Good luck running if you're on it though.

Well, that should make for a stellar PT test then. Was your endurance OK? But just had pain? If that's the case, I can suffer through the 2 mi since I have 17:00 to do it in..

Check out my epi 11oxo log for some more info if u want

Endurance was fine. Never felt short of breath or anything. Just the shins hurt like a mofo when running.
