Looking to run a cut/recomp. Current Stats 30 years old 5'10" 239lbs around 15% bf. I've been training on and off since I was 14 and have always been involved in athletics. I'm about 6 months of really solid training coming off of a serious illness and a torn meniscus. The goal is to lose body fat and increase strength primarily, as I have to fit in a weight class. Looking to get back as quickly as possible to my competitive numbers so I can start setting PR's again.
Cycle Info:
Epistane Pulse 4days/week
1st week 10/10/20/20
2nd week 30/30/30/30
3rd-7th week 40/40/40/40
8th week 40/30/20/10
Cycle Assist and Erase will be taken on off days.
PCT: Post Cycle Support,Erase, and Titanium to be taken ED for 4 weeks.
I have nolva on hand to be safe, but from what I've read it doesn't seem like I'll need it. I've done as much research as I can without driving myself crazy. Any criticism is welcome.
