i am still here guys, even if i dont know if this thread is of any interest to anybody but i am here! ahahah
i had my chest sesh on monday
10-8-6-4-4 incline bench with 22kg/14kg/26kg/30kg/30kg --> i know it is not too much but i was doing max of 22 before starting and keep in mind i am not a body builder
flat bench i have performed the same and this is really good as i was already "tired" cause of the 1st exercise, well... i can't say "tired" anymore to be honest ahahahah as i have energy to train 2/3 times a day lol
i then did flys (sorry if this is the wrong way to call it) with 16kg on incline and flat 4x8
yesterday was my back day
i did 10-8-6-6-4-4 chin ups going up with the weight on my belt, i did the last one with 30kg on the belt

BOOOM!
same thing on the lat machine, 10-8-6-6-4-4 i went up to 110kg
then rowing
10-8-8-6-4 ended up to 35kg each side plus the 20kg iron bar
the dead lifts
10-8-6-4-2
last set with 110kg plus bar
today i have my biceps and i am going to smash it!
health wise, i feel a bit "tired" during the day... but when i hit the gym i feel good and .... guys..... nobody tells me that these "pumps" were going to be soooooooo fu***** hard and big! its amazing the way the muscle get ripped and pumped even after a small set of 8 rep with a low weight! its sick! i am pretty much happy till now and it seems also that every time i eat, i get more ripped and pumped, not in the way it use to be when you eat for example lot of sugar, i mean really pumped and ripped and regardless of what you eat its just do the magic!
i am going to run the cycle for total of 12 weeks, i started thinking to 8, then i said 10 but now, it seems to be really hitting me and therefore i will run the cycle for 12, i am still taking all the supplementation to "help" my liver/prostate/sugar/cholesterol/pressure.
lots of omega 3 i went up to 6g a day and i added glucosamine as i am really feeling pain on all of my joints...
