first cycle and suggestions

im eating clean, im on diet 24h a day and 7day a week lol so fat is not an option but water yes cause of the compounds, right? bvut using ar1macare pro and transform i should be safe?

running var and proviron till now and i am quite happy, no fat and no water, what if i run this now:

anavar 100mg ed
proviron 75mg ed
tr3st --> how much 75/100? ed
ar1macare pro 4cp ed
transform --> how much? ed

could i be safe? based on the research i have done about AI and tr3st, running transform and ar1macare pro (for liver support and ai too) i should have not water at all, am i mistaken?

Trest can be very tricky and will almost certainly give you some bloat and potentially estro issues. Honestly with your mindset it shouldn't even be an option for you. Try dermacrine. It's light, natty, but should give you a little bit of that "test feel" that you desire without any bloat or actual hormonal issues.

I'd go with orbit nutrition as the retailer, but that should be good to go.. Just don't like trusting amazon lol.

yeah predator nutrition got it but cost 10quid more :)

You don't really need the transform on cycle especially since the ar1m has an ai in it. Your joints would prob hate you with both and nothing aromatizing in your cycle. I'd stick to just ar1m and use the transform in pct

so guys, all has arrived, derma and ar1macare, tomorrow i will start

tomorrow will be the start of my 5th week so i still have 6 weeks to the end of my first cycle, so far so good, my pumps are great and a can lift something like double the weight that i lift before! it is amazing and in the gym ppl start asking what happened to me, i am 70kg 5/6% fat till now i put on 4/5kg in 1 month! i have lost a bit of hardness comparing with when i was on ABE forsk erase and thing like that but the size and the webs of veins i have all around arms and chest and the strength are AMMMMAZING!!!

so tomorrow i will start here the log, if you are interested can log here even if i started already var and provision since 4 weeks.

the thing really nice is that does not matter what you do, walking, lifting a glass of water, cleaning a surface of a table for example and BOOOM you are pumped as fu**!!! ahahah
 
Make sure u have everything before u said ur cycle that's for sure.. Just do research and ask questions, which you did:) and u'll be good. I wouldn't take any preworkouts while ur running ur stack cause it will increase blood pressure as ur blood pressure will already increase when ur running ur stack. If u have trouble sleeping during ur cycle check out, Anabolic Hibernation, Invalid Link Removed , it will help u sleep and has all the right ingredients for muscle growth throughout the night.

so, i started today with the dermacrine, but, after having my workout, once at home i have applied it 4 pumps 2 on shoulders and 2 on chest, I'm not feeling anything of course, i just didn't want to miss the day, it arrived today while i was in the office, tomorrow morning i will apply it again, ar1ma as well, i will take it with my dose of anavar and provision now in 10 minutes :) but ill take just 2 as it is saying take 4 spreader during the day, :) again just to avoid wasting one day :)

today my workout was again unbelievable, before starting i was able to do 40kg on bench, today i did 90 :) which is a lot for me :)
 
Try to apply dermacrine after a good hot shower. Scrub the application sites well too. That will aid absorption.

ok., still not feeling much from Dermacrine, just a bit of appetite increase, even if it was already up to the roof, the training sesh are amazing and i am still going up with the weights, feeling a lot of energy and much more "hard" day by day.

yesterday i have sent a pm to booneman77 (thanks for replying to me every time man, really appreciate your help) and i am going to post here the same question i asked him to know what you all guys think about it...

I have ordered more anavar alpha pharma from the same guy as usual, the only thing is that I went on the website and checking these 4 boxes it ends up that the codes those ones to scratch are not legit, with the other boxes they were ok.

So what I did was, grabbing my lab max vials and test all the boxes, one tablet per box, testing and labmax results reported legit stuff, also I have chewed one what wand the taste is the same as the others so.... Would you think? I have spent 20 minutes also to check the boxes, everything is legit embossed logos, hologram too all perfect.

Please tell me what you think.

just to let you know the source i am using is the same as ever so i trust that guy
 
yesterday i did bic

10 8 6 4 4 - 4 6 8 10 12 sit curl machine with z bar
cables with rope 4 12

then cardio

i was able to go up with the weights comparing with last week, i put 2,5kg each side for every exercise :)

still not feeling much from dermacrine, just hungry :) but i guess it is too early :)

All you can do about the gear is trust the lab test. That's really the only thing you have to go on. If labs say it's good then it should be. I wouldn't worry.

i had much more energy yesterday, dunno why maybe the dermacrine is kicking in? im alos feeling a bit..... well, active and that is really good as anavar shutted me down pretty much :(

i feel hungry all the time as well, the appetite has increased a bit, also sweating a lot and this was not happening last week.

so far so good :)
 
so today i have really enjoyed the training, felt solid, much active and performance wise it was like i had never ending energy, im a bit angry and hungry more than before, also i was able to lift 30kg each arm for shoulder press!!! a lot for me :)
Going to have my pre sleep meal now then sleep :)
 
only cardio for me today, cardio early morning fasting :) it was good and ill feel already pumped for tomorrow chest day :)
 
question for you guys....


as part of my daily training i am doing 40min of cardio 15% incline and 4.5 km/h every day at the end of my wo, i was wondering if that is too much?whats your thoughts regarding cardio? would it be better doing like just 2 sesh of cardio a week or less or no or more?

Depends on bf and personal preference, I can get to 10%bf with just diet alone and than sprinkle on cardio to help out a bit going lower

after 5 weeks (starting today my 5th and go on till 10th) i am 70.4kg with 7.4% fat
 
Cutting? As long as you are eating enough calories to make up for calories lost you should be gtg. You are not trying to get big tho from what I understand?

i was 66.6 5 weeks ago with 5.2 fat%, i wanted to do this cycle to put on like 2/3 kg of lean mass, my sport is thai not BB so i just wanted to be a "bit" bigger but lean so trying to put weights but lean weight :) and that is why i went for anavar cycle :)

considering your type of training/hobby being a high intensity endurance activity Id say keep the cardio. If you find you're not gaining enough or losing weight too fast add food. This will allow your metabolism to stay high or even increase while still keeping your daily calorie count the same.

just do what fits your training goals. If you want more endurance, do more cardio and endurance type activities. If you add activity, just remember to add food to keep the balance of calories in vs out.
 
Don't change how you train. If you train high endurance then continue during cycle. I don't mean do the same thing everyday but if you train with lots of cardio continue because it'll only help keep fat gain to a minimum. Plus if you stop and train without cardio for the cycle but start back up after you will be more likely to lose some of the new muscle you just made imo

gotta listen to your body. If you truly feel like you're burning out then back off a bit. More food and rest will help as well. You're cutting so don't forget to keep your calories up as you won't even notice but you'll naturally go harder in the gym and burn more energy. That plus added muscle requires added food to support it. It's all about balance
 
what i think now is reducing cardio from 40 mins per sesh to 30 avoiding it on legs day and resting on Sunday, i normally train on Sunday too so....

seems like a good plan. See how you feel and adjust from there
 
today is my bic day, i can't wait guys! feel so energetic, im still doing my cardio at the end but just 10 minutes less :) one thing i have noticed is that i am really hungry, but i mean feeling "bad" without eating, i'll give you an example, had my breakfast at 9.15am, at 11 i was feeling so hungry that my head was spinning and hands shacking.... my breakfast was composed by 40g brown rice+40g oats+30g casein proteins (all max nutrition ones) + 8 almonds..... this has always been enough for me and now.... same thing happened after my lunch, till now 5.30ish pm in UK i had my pre WO (2x scoops of glycoject EVOGEN +25g isolate proteins (all max nutrition iso flex+20g caseins) and before eating this i was almost shacking again.... also, while i am eating i feel like..... dunno how to explain, like i am resurrecting i feel the food going in circle and filling me up, muscles, arms, everything... maybe sounds silly but you should try lol the feeling is amazing but at the same time, when i am not supposed to eat so in the between my meals, i feel down :(
 
You need to stop having all your protein from powders. All of the meals you listed above have no whole food proteins... these will keep you fuller MUCH longer.
 
i know man, but as a pre wo can't really have food :( otherwise ill feel slow and heavy, in the morning, the reason i have proteins is cause otherwise ill have to eat savory things, milk is poison for me :( cheese too :( so... options are almost finished, unless ill go for the english breakfast ahahah but then ill be fat as everybody in this country :P ;)

anyway this does not explain why i feel so "bad" in between the meals...
 
I tend to like cycle assist, liver xt or Cycle support over straight liver supplements
The reason being that these supplements are for more overall health and staying healthy is important on cycle, don't wanna kick one off and then get sick.
 
Thanks man, I'm using ar1ma and cycle armour also with milk thirstle and omega 3, added also lipid support and liver support from MN :) I'm covered I guess :) almost finished with cycle armor tho
