first cycle and going with epistane

first off I'm 49 years old and have worked out solidly for the past 7 years .....I'm 180, 5'9" and i'm wanting to put on a little more size but lean and hard.. I've been reading and reading and researching for the past 6 months on an epistane cycle and this site seems to be the best for giving people solid advise..I was advised to do a first cycle of tren/epi and everything else that went with it seemed to be wrong from what I've read.... I would love some input from anyone on what I've come up with on this 4 week cycle

2 weeks of preloading cycle support
then epi 30/30/45/45
continue cycle support
multi vitamins, fish oil, joint support, protein, glutamine, milk thistle and taurine if needed

pct: tamoxifen 20/20/10/10 liquid
olympus labs str3ngth
i have e contol but was wondering if erase pro would be better at 0/0/1/1/1/1
daa at 3g
also have an otc pct but from all the reading a serm is a must

and should i have some aromasin just in case?

it does get confusing with all the different opinions at times... any input would be very much appreciated
 
Very nice and thank u .....I'll run the 6 weeks then with the e control as you said and will definitely order the aromasin....better safe than sorry....I want everything on hand before I hit the start button
 
Ep15tane is perfect for a good beginner cycle. 1 bottle and you can run for 6 weeks 30/45/45/45/45/45

Also, buy some bulk taurine from Nutraplanet and take it 3-5g daily.

So I've finished my first two weeks of this cycle and starting in week 3 today....did week 1 at 30mg
Week 2 at 45 mg
Gonna stay there for the total 6 week cycle....
Everything is goin good and my workouts are great.....
I do have back pumps and I'm taking taurine for that...

I will post some before and after pics....from what I hear this stuff really kicks in around the third week and that's right where I'm at....

I'm in my 40s too, 5'9 and currently 182 lbs at 14-15 percent BF but you've been lifting longer than me (3-4 years) and I did my first PH run using epistane and did it 5 weeks; kept about 6-7 pounds from that run which was on a bulk diet. Loved epistane for the following; hardness of muscles, alpha feeling, no gyno sides. My labs came back on the 4th week PCT w/in normal ranges of test and lipids and I also felt I recovered from a very draining 1.5 week of initial PCT period off epistane. Didn't like the lethargy on it around 4th week as well as the insomnia and the dry feeling it gave me (which I think gave me some mild joint ache and back pumps). I'm on my 2nd cycle now; trenavar + SDMZ 2.0 and loving it (on my 5th week); looking back, I wouldn't do epistane again because of the sides (I actually sleep better on my current PHs but do notice the internal heat on 90mg/day of trenavar). I also noticed a quick effect on endurance-recovery when using SDMZ 2.0 (on the 2nd day of use, I didn't use tern until 5th day of 1st week cycle). My strength is great on this combo too. I am intending to cut on this combo at 500 cal less than maintenance but it is turning somehow to a recomp from the appearances of things in the mirror and on the weighing scale.
Again, GL to you man, hope you get what you want from epistane. I chose it as my first run because of my readings on this and other forums.

I used SAMe + Emergen C for that in Pct and it worked wonders, made me think about the possible role of potassium (being a physician and realizing sodium and potassium imbalances and nonspecific symptoms like malaise-myalgias) during Pct since Emergen C has quite a lot of potassium in it.
 
So I'm on my 6th and last week and since this is my first cycle, I have nothing to compare it to...week 4 and 5 is when it really kicked in....the pumps are amazing and I've gone up around 8 pounds on the scale...kind of sucks this is my last week cause the compliments at the gym are pretty good and I'm loving the workouts....I've gotta say im really happy with this first cycle
 
Yeah ... I loved my last Epi cycle too. Kicked in around week 4 also. The way this happens makes it almost seem like an 8 week cycle would be better for Epi but it gets hard on the joints after a while. Make sure your PCT is in order and keep lifting heavy and eating the same as you did on cycle if you wanna keep those gains. What have you got lined up for PCT?

Looks like you got things fairly well lined up. I would suggest having a good AI (Formestane) on hand just in case. Some folks have trouble with E rebound after stopping the SERM. A just in case sorta thing. I had a bottle of TransFORM that I ended up running my last 2 weeks of PCT and then tapered for another 2 weeks.
I was going to suggest REVOLUTION PCT by FINAFLEX as a good otc pct supp because it has DAA in it as well as a few other proven natty T boosters.
Creatine ...... I never stopped. Ran it on cycle and through PCT and had 5g in my post workout shake this evening. I have no experience with STR3NGTH but I have heard good things from guys running it as part of PCT to help keep strength up as an additional measure to try and keep the gains from cycle. On my next cycle coming up in a month or so I plan to run Epi again and add TR3ST as a test base .... I also will be using REVOLUTION PCT as my otc pct supp, as well as MASS 550 to try and retain them gains.

I have a bottle of examistane on hand just in case and the e control to start on my 3rd week of pct which will be tapered down from 3-2-2-1.
 
I finished my 6 week cycle and after the results in my last week I have to say it was sad to stop...this started out as a cutting cycle but I ended up putting on a total of 10 pounds ...no complaints at all though..I'm completely happy with the gains and this cycle...
So now I'm into day 2 of my pct and actually had a great workout yesterday..

Shoot, I did a 6 week cycle 30/30 then 45 for the final 4 weeks and I gained weight quick but strength didn't come until week 4. Gained around 13 pounds.

I weighed myself tonight and I'm actually up 11 pounds...the last two weeks is when my weight went up

Yeah first week I went up like 3 pounds, then I hit a wall in weight gain, then the final 3 weeks i gained the most
 
hey im starting my first epi cycle soon can't figure out what dosage would be best though

keep in mind this is my first cycle
 
I'm on my pct right now on my first epi cycle and I ran
30•45•45•45•45•45 and it worked out good for me
 
im 165lbs you think i should take a lower dose?
i just don't wanna be at week 5 and wish i had dosed it higher earlier haha

I started in the 160's and dosed 30/40/40/50/50/50. It's different for everyone. Find your sweet spot in week 3 and stay at it till end
