First Cycle Advice`

Well, 200 lbs, 5'10, about 18% BF. I am looking for a first cycle to lose some fat and put on a tad more muscle. Was considering Halodrol 50. I read there is not much to worry about with hepatotoxicity there...still a threat, but not as bad.

Anyways, I was gonna do 50mg a day for 30 days with basic vitamins and then for pct use a SERM (nolva)
Can you guys give me an idea what a good PCT layout would be? I was considering 20 - 40 mg a day.

Do you want to bulk, or cut? If you want to go the whole route, don't bother with an OTC oral like h-drol IMO, just go for the real gear. If you are getting nolva you're more than likely breaking the law anyway, so may as well save yer liver.

lol i am looking to slightly bulk but cut as well. I have excess fat that I can't get rid of. I already cut via cardio from 225 to just under 200. Wouldn't mind bulking I guess but wanted something less liver toxic and don't wanna use a needle to be honest.
 
I guess what it comes down to is I have been lifting for three years and my body won't get any bigger. Frustrating.

I want to be able to bulk up a bit but keep a somewhat tone look. I figured the H-drol was good for about 10 pounds of muscle while cutting.

I just don't want to mess my body up to much. I already got milk thistle and a huge supply of vitamins (b,c, amino acids, etc...), whey powder, and now just need this...

i am open to any and all suggestions.
 
dude 18% body fat is pretty bad. no offense. you should try to get down to atleast 14% before doing any juice. Its all about diet bro. 20 min of Cardio after lifting weights.

I am doing H-drol 50/50/75/75/75/75 then nolva 40/40/20/20

Will run life cycle support the whole time. I think I should be able to drop from 18 to 14% over the cycle.

As for diet with this cycle, I assume I want high protein and low fat/carb, correct???

Should i consider whey or anything like that?
 
alright well i got two 5 pound contains of milk caesin/protein isolate to go with this.

I understand PCT is very important...so is nolva and the Retain enough?

And are my goals unrealistic...drop 4% BF and put on about 8lbs lean muscle?
 
not totally unrealistic, but close to optimal results. thats basically remaining at current scale weight, while burning 2lbs of fat a week and replacing with 2lbs of muscle.

thanks, makes sense that way. I am pretty sure the fat part won't be an issue. I did Atkins last october for 6 weeks. Went from 222 to 196 and then back to 201. So i lost about 21 pounds overall...but that was just the fad diet.

i think the weight will go down...my biggest concern is getting my BF down to below 15%

As for the muscle, I guess we can see what happens.
 
well, the issue is that if you are in enough caloric defecit to loose 8lbs of fat, you are likely not taking in enough cals to have your body build the 8lbs of muscle. at least not that rapidly. It might be better to eat at maintenance or a hair above for the 4 weeks and first 2-3 weeks of pct, then cut after.
 
thank you, i appreciate that. I am gonna eat maintenance now and not do that crash diet thing.

Regarding PCT...should I run cycle support through it? i was gonna run it just the first two weeks of PCT.
also, as stated Nolva 40/40/20/20
And finally...Retain 2.

Should that be enough for PCT? I just want to keep myself in generally good shape lol.
I will run a 5 - 6 week cycle and 4 week pct.
 
thats a pretty standard cycle + pct, the nolva dose some people do 40/30/20/10, but that shouldn't make a difference really
