Hello,
Age: 35
Height: 5'9"
Started back in September.
Weighted about 176 and body fat was estimated at 25%

Now, 156
Body fat estimated at about 17% when weighed 163.

I am assuming if I maintain my calorie deficit and stick to my guns I should keep cutting?

I am also doing a stack of:
Caffeine 100mg in AM
CLA 2000mg in AM and PM
L-Carnitine 1000mg in AM and PM
Green tea extract with EGCG component being 200mg in AM and PM

Doing cardio about 3-4x/week on elliptical for about 1 hour. Not quite HIIT training, but definitely alternating to much higher resistance every 2 minutes. I had to stop any lifting for a few weeks and still off weight because of some type of tennis elbow and distal biceps tendonitis.

Estimated maintenance calories at about 2100 so shooting for 1600 daily intake.

Any other advice?

cut all grains, legumes and dairy. Look into Lean Gains and carb cycle
