Hey everyone!! I just wanted to drop in and give my first impression on 3-AD. I will give my last impression as well when I'm done.
First off I just wanna say that I'm extremely impressed with this compound. I've just started week three and just bumped up to 6 per day and will finish out my second bottle at that dosage. The only side effect that I've noticed is lethargy, and I really just noticed that with the bump up in dosage. My mood is wonderful, aggression in the gym is crazy high. I really started noticing the effects start at about the 2.5 week mark. Strength is starting to really jump as well!!
I'm really excited to see what the coming weeks bring!! I'm eating a high protein/high healthy fat/ lower CHO diet.... I'm cycling my carbs. I'm only 4 lbs up but I have def. leaned out a bit and look a bit bigger :yup:
I'm doing a 5 day split with light cardio after my workouts for 25 mins.
Oh I also have advanced PCT for PCT. That's enough right?!?! That's what I've read from you guys.
I don't have enough time to post everything everyday, but I will most certainly answer questions for everyone and will periodically update with my progress. I plan on posting before and afters for sure!!
Again I'm super pumped!! I just feel REALLY REALLY GOOD!!!!!
